Budget & Convenience

Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: The staff; they were pleasant and made you feel welcome.
The hotel had no record of my reservation made through Expedia, Mr. Torre greeted with a smile, allowed me to check in, contacting Expedia and leaving a note for the manager; by morning the problem was resolved. The hotel offered a fresh, hot full breakfast, complimentary. I chose this hotel because it was convenient to the airport and connect with family and friends.

Highly recommend for families

Posted Apr 22, 2013
Pros: My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I enjoyed having a quiet place to do some work.
Location: Easy to find and beautiful area. Right in the center of everything.
Staff was friendly and courteous. They were helpful in suggesting a local diner and even drawing us a map. We were new to the area and asked for directions to a few different locations. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was better than expected. We are already planning to stay again on our next trip. We came with our two youngest children and we would highly recommend for families. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great Hotel

Posted Apr 8, 2013
Pros: The comfortable pillow top bed and hot breakfast.
Cons: no elevator
Location: Good Location offered shuttle to Bridge street and other attractions.
I used the Expedia Unpublished Rate Hotel Booking, I was not happy when I seen it was a Best Western. However I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. It was clean, had a comfortable bed and a great hot breakfasts.

Currently being remodeled

Posted Jun 22, 2012
Pros: The pool area
Cons: The size of the bathroom
Location: Close to interstate and dining
It's really hard for me to judge the hotel overall because it was being remodeled and most of the common areas and parking lot looked like war zones. The pool area is outstanding though. Very nice size and they must have a professional botanist onsite because the landscaping was beautiful! The room was nice enough but don't look for too much in the way of a bathroom. The bathroom was outdated and woefully small. Maybe they hadn't gotten to upgrading my bathroom in the remodel yet.

Requested a non- smoking room but was not accommodated. Told there were no other hotel availability in the area. The room was sprayed, but I could not sleep the entire night and felt ill for the next few days. Very dissatisfied.

Very good for the price

Posted Oct 8, 2010
The hotel was very clean and our room was neat as well. The staff were all friendly and helpful. One issue I had with our room was that the majority of the bulbs were blown and one of the outlets was also not working, so definitely check that whenever you check into your room! We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was good, about what you would expect for the price. Except for the fries that were like what I used to eat in the cafeteria at school. I would suggest the rice instead which was excellent. The waiter recommended a few drinks for me since I'm not a very experienced drinker. He got the prices wrong and I ended up paying a bit more than I expected.. So double check on that if you're a big drinker.. We ordered breakfast to be delivered to our room. We each got omelets and they were definitely worth the price! Probably the best omelet I've had in a very very long time.
