The room was not what we expected. The doors for both the bathroom and the exterior were grimy. They had not been wiped down for months. The sheets had stains on them, even though they appeared clean. The entire room didn’t feel clean. On another note, Expedia was terrible. We drove all day. We were exhausted. When we arrived to get our room. The reservation through Expedia would not go through. We made several calls to Expedia, but we couldn’t talk to anyone. The call back time they said was 15 min, but it turned out to be 25 minutes. Then it was several minutes after a person called to finally get it right. Total time about an hour. The front desk says this happens periodically with Expedia. I really think I will avoid Expedia in the future.

This hotel is filthy. Not only that but the toilet fell off the wall and wobbles, the filth on the doors and floorboards was beyond filthy. I had a very difficult time sleeping know the heater had mold. I would shout to everyone not to ever stay there.

The staff was super kind and check in my reservation was for a smoking room, so I dropped my bags and came back later. Didn’t think I needed to look for ashtrays, or to see exactly where the fire alarms were positioned, which it did not matter because anywhere in the room I smoked the fire alarm went off each and every time so I had to fan it with one of their very then towels…. I’m sure I inconvenienced everyone around me and just think I had to go to Walmart and buy a three dollar ashtray because there were none in the room and I only had 2 cups so I couldn’t do a makeshift one other than that great!!!

Woman who checked me is was very nice. Unfortunately the room looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in who knows how long. Floor throughout the entire room was filthy, lamps looked like that hadn’t been dusted in years. Linens on the bed and pillows smelled clean, but there was no way I would ever take a shower in that place based on the cleanliness of the bathroom and floors. Fridge and microwave had greasy finger and handprints smeared across them both. I wouldn’t use either one based on just the outside condition of both appliances. I know I didn’t pay much for one nights stay but you do expect at least the room to be cleaned thoroughly regardless of the price of the room. I would have for sure left or asked for a different room if my bed didn’t appear to be clean and if I was staying for more than 1 night.

There was a bed bug found on our bed. We packed our things in the car and went to discuss the issue with the office and her response was that her boss would be in at 8 am that we would have to come back then. She did not offer any kind of sympathy or anything. Had to ask her abt switching rooms bc we had no where to go and she couldnt give a refund or anything. Then she got a attitude and said she wasnt going to move us again.

The entire building smelled like smoke and weed. People we loud the whole night and both beds had cigarette burns in the sheets. Pillows and towels were filthy

The property needs a complete updating. We stayed at a Econo Lodge in Gatlinburg TN and it was excellent. We were disappointed in this Econo Lodge. Staff is excellent but the conditions are terrible!

Could hear people above and to the sides of us, and it was normal traffic. Needed some cosmetic repair in bathroom. Bed was clean and fine. Staff good, price acceptable.

The price was right, however for a non-smoking room, it did smell somewhat of smoke. The room was basic with no fridge and could use a new coat of paint. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
