Never stay again

Rooms were not clean air system didn't properly work outdated poor customer service room smelled I will never stay their again

Yikes!

First and foremost - TERRY was a peach and very helpful, for service I would have given her a 5. However, I ended up at this hotel because I couldn't drive any further and need to sleep. My best word to describe this hotel was YIKES! The bed was comfortable enough... but everything seemed groady (unclean). I really didn't even use the tub because the place was just ... yuck. The breakfast... is a non-breakfast. Do not plan on eating here. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Expedia overbooked hotels

Expedia overbooked on a night of black ice in Alabama and we had no room even with a confirmation number. The clerk behind the counter gave us the only room available which had no heat. We were grateful for that but the room was in bad repair as was the lobby.

The stay was ok...the pool was disgusting and I would not allow my children to swim in it. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The carpet by the bathroom smelled like urine.

Not what you might want

Pros: location
I asked for a non-smoking room, the signs in the room said non-smoking. Cig burns on the microwave next to the NO SMOKING sign. The smell of cigs was through-out the room. The towels were worn out, but clean. The breakfast the next morning was 2 containers of dry cereal. Paint was peeling in several location. Carpet needs to be cleaned

My Hotel Experiance

Pros: Behind the hotel is Crackerbarrel.
Cons: The carpet was dirty.
Location: Great location for eating and gassing up.
The bed was really comfortable. The room needed to be vacuumed, the edges of the carpet were very dirty. The drawers of the TV stand were broken. The bathroom door handle was not tightened. I slept really well.

Hotel in horrible condition. Dirty and tiles falling from ceiling. Receptionist not available at desk when I phoned from our room.

Unhappy

When i got into the room it didnt feel very clean. the carpet looked dirty. the recliner was very dirty. I went there to have a relaxing weekend. I ended up going somewhere else. I only came back long enough to sleep.
