My stay was great if I did not want to make or receive phone calls! My phone service was terrible! I have been returning to this hotel for years and I've never had trouble with my phone. I had to walk outside to get service. Other than the phone service, everything else was great!

Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping close by
Staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. The breakfast was free and had both cold and hot items. We were traveling with our dog and the daily pet fee was reasonable.

Apparently the hot tub is out of order frequently according to another guest who stays there frequently. My grandson was really looking forward to the hot tub and was very disappointed. Overall the stay was nice, cookies were a hit with my grandson. Will call to see if everything is working before staying there again.

At first we were upset that they didn't have a rollaway bed that was part of our charge for the night. Then the second shift front desk clerk suggested we call and cancel the reservation and she promised us a better room at a lower price. She did make that happen. The room was much better for our needs. Breakfast the next morning was great. The front desk clerk was very helpful and determined to make our stay a good one. The only negatives were the hot tub wasn't working correctly so there was no heat, and the exercise facility looked better than it was in the online photos because a carefully placed mirror made it look larger than it was.

Stay was great. Hotel staff wonderful and room was clean. The ammenities were great. Guest laundry was good. Washed clothes prior to leaving. Breakfast was hot and waffles great.

Prior to our setting reservations and arriving at the hotel, 3 calls were made to the staff asking if the Hot Tub was working correctly. We were told at each call the spa was operating perfectly. Upon our arrival, of course, the spa was cold with hardly any pressure from the jets. We got excuses why the temperature couldn't be brought up. I will not stay at any of the Carlson brands again. If you pay for accomodations, that is what you expect. This is a business transaction not telling your close friend, oops sorry, we'll do better next time.
