“Archeologist's find”

This is a dated hotel as it's one of the first suite hotels. Everthing about it feels old and worn-out; not in a nice antique way but as a worn out old suite hotel.

“Need better Service”

The floor had not been cleaned and there was sheetrock everywhere.

“Disappointed”

The hotel had a damp musty smell to it. The bathroom floor was dirty when I checked in and was never cleaned (hairs all over it). The sheets had little holes in them. When I placed the card on the bed to have the sheets changed out, they never were.

“Hotel in need of update and repair.”

We were initially impressed with the Radisson Suites in Huntsville, AL. After we relaxed and had a chance to look around the second day of our stay we noticed that the carpeting was dirty, a patch on the bathroom ceiling had never been painted, the shower curtain liner showed mildew, and most of the exercise equipment in the "fitness center" was in need of repair. I almost teripped and fell on a puddle of water in the hall that was caused by a leak in the ceiling. The bucket that held the water sat in the hall for 2 days!! When our relatives called to see if we were in the lobby where we had decided to meet, no one answered the phone at the front desk. The entire hotel seems to be understaffed, and the hotel itself is badly in need of remodeling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
