“Fantastic experience”

Everything was perfect. The free breakfast buffet was really good. It was not the typical continental breakfast. The indoor pool was great for the kids. I like that there is a door to close off the bedroom from the living area.

I was very impressed with the room. Even though the price was a little high, the room, service, and breakfast buffet was worth it.

Arrival was not great as the room we had booked was not available. We had been travelling for over 12 hours so were tired and frustrated. Said they would change the room the next night but by then we didn't want the hassle of moving. Housekeeping o.k, not great. Room was clean on arrival. Staff was extremely friendly, someone always waiting at the front door. Free shuttle service to nearby malls. Breakfast chefs very entertaining and the food was excellent both in variety and freshness. Internet lounge free but charge to individual rooms. Coffee snack bar on site and full dining restaurant and bar. Swimming pool good size Location: right downtown and next to convention centre and rinks Would recommend and would stay at again

“Ideal when you're traveling with kids!”

You can't beat Embassy Suites when you want the total package. The Huntsville location is very nicely kept, and the staff is friendly. My family and I loved the indoor pool, the wonderful breakfast buffet and the evening manager's reception with snacks and drinks. The interior of the hotel is very pretty and bright. Our room was dark, but it was comfortable and spacious. It seemed odd that we had to pay for hotel parking in Huntsville, Alabama. But overall, Embassy Suites-Huntsville is a great place to stay, especially when you have kids in tow.

“Excellent Customer Service”

Excellent hotel staff, always friendly and ready to assist. Excellent variety of hot and cold breakfast. Spa and Ruth Chris on site but i didn't get a chance to tae advantage of either this visit. Would definitely stay again if I am visiting the huntsville area with my kids...
