People are so nice! Convenient to Space Camp - good for visiting parents. Very close to excellent seafood at Landry's - but the food at the hotel is very good also.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, location
Location: Next to Space Center, places to eat were only minutes away.
Great place to stay, close to everything we wanted to do. View of the Space Center from our window was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The pool
Location: Not too far from the busy shopping area.
The hotel was very clean and quiet, even though there is ongoing construction. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Location: good
Hotel needs some major updating and repairs to entire place, balcony was dirty and old furniture. The room iteself was ok but everything else was disappointing.

Pros: customer service, food, location, parking
Cons: you can tell the outside is more than 10 years old
Location: location perfect for visiting Huntsville. right next to the Interstate and right next to the space center. Both literally "right next"
Customer service is fantastic. Check-in, check out and restaurant were quick and all very nice. The lobby is being remodeled but that did not take away from the experience.

Pros: indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub; comfort of the bed
Cons: farther away from my venue than I realized
Location: Right next door to rockets!
The indoor/outdoor pool was beautiful, and the king-sized bed with half a dozen (at least) pillows was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

Pros: CLEAN, NICE DECORATED ROOMS, FLAT SCREEN TV, GREAT PARKING
Cons: THE HOTEL HAD AN ON-SITE RESTAURANT, BUT YOU HAD TO DRIVE A LITTLE BIT TO GET TO FAST FOOD PLACES OR A PHARMACY FOR SOMETHING YOU LEFT AT HOME.
Location: LOCATION IS DIRECTLY NEXT TO THE ALABAMA SPACE AND ROCKET CENTER, AND IMMEDIATELY OFF THE EXIT. GREAT LOCATION.
I wish I could rate the overall experience as Superb, but I can't, only because I'm checking my bank statement and I see an extra charge from the hotel for $75.00. I have no idea what this is for. I've called the hotel, and I had to leave a message with the accounting department. Other than this issue, my family's stay was great!

Pros: The pool
Cons: No microwave in room
Location: Close to mall and restaurants
It would have been a little more convenient to have microwave in my room instead of having to go to the lobby and use the staff microwave Other than that the stay was awesome room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful

The room was very clean. Good size. It just needed a small fridge. We missed a fridge. Staff was very friendly. Service was great. Went to the bar for dinner. What we wanted was not on the menu and we mentioned to the bar tender and he said no problem, I can get that for you. Very pleased with him. Will come back again for sure.

The location was great and the hotel itself was beautiful, however Housekeeping services were extremely poor for us.
