Very Unclean and room smelled like it was a smoking room but staff said they dont have smoking rooms. Tub faucet is about to break off. Hole in the wall beside the air conditioner. Just terrible

Staff were nice. Bed made a sound like a tin roof buckling when you turned over. Continental breakfast was coffee without cream, cereal without milk, toast with a few dried out muffins and a couple of mandarin oranges. Furniture was clean, but very old and worn. TV remote did not work.

If you want dirty linens and towels, a bed that sounds like you’re laying on a tin roof, dirty floors and walls with holes in the closets and if you want to listen to music from the cars in the parking lot and passing by all during the night, oh yeah not to mention no heater!!! This was a horrible experience!! I would not recommend to anyone!

Stopped for 1 night on drive from Fl back to Wisconsin. The room should not be rented out while remodeling, it was in roigh shape, lucky all we needed was a bed and a TV.

This was a quick pick in hotel selection for us at 12am. Come morning is when we noticed mold on the ceiling, a cockroach crawling up the side of the tub, floor had crumbs all over it, shower curtain and towels were stained. Definitely won’t be staying here again. :/

Hotel is being renovated.it really needs it.ourvroom looked like a haunted house, uneaven loose floorboards, torn curtains, patched walls. Hat hotels.com advised me of this,I'd have stayed elsewhere.it wasnt worth what I paid

A somewhat okay stay
Our group reserved two rooms to stay in, and they were clean at first glance, but one of the pull out couch mattresses had brown stains that even seeped through when we put blankets on them. In the morning when we were just waking up the housekeeping came into our room to change the trash and towels which was awkward. Also, they only gave us two towels per room so we were constantly requesting for more towels.

The outside of the hotel, lobby and hallways were in good condition. However, the rooms were not. The curtain valance was disgustingly dirty, the bed sheets had cigarette stains, there was an odor when you walked into the room and the room was just overall in poor condition.

Police, people yelling all hours. Bathroom wall was peeling away from studs. Dirty, floor very sticky. One of the worst I have ever stayed in. Left at 4am just to get out of there. Terrible experience.

Poor motel
First room was on first floor; it was dirty, with torn curtains that would not close to block people hanging around parking lot from looking in room. There was a bathtub right next to the bed. The floor was dirty and warped. Chair was torn and sofa cushions leaned forward so you could not sit on them. We requested another room on 2nd floor but no elevator so we took another first floor room. This one was better but still not real nice. If we were not so tired from long drive we would have gone somewhere else.

It was very old and dirty , as soon as you walk into the lobby the furniture was stained and dirty I wouldn’t even let an animal sit on them that’s how bad it was . Then we went to the room that was worse there was only a commode o the bathroom and sink , no shower , just a jacuzzi tub next to the bed . I woul not dare sit on that disgusting tub . You should really check out the places where you are recommending , you reputation depends on it . I demand my money be refunded back to me immediately.

Stained, dirty furniture from lobby, dining area, and rooms. Couldn’t sell any of it in a garage sale. Indoor Pool inoperable. The whirlpool tub was in the bedroom. Had shower slider doors on it. The shower was in the tub, with about a 2 1/2ft side. The floor was pitted under the vinyl planking, possibly for a drain, but it was in the hallway and unexpected. Bathroom door was separated from the bottom. Poor caulking everywhere. Just Hobbes up. Ceiling in dining room was previously damaged and poorly repaired. We slept with a chair in front of the door. Heard car alarms go off, and prayed ours wasn’t broken into. Sent La Quinta an email with pictures, and the manager called back and just said sorry. Paid $115.00/night wouldn’t have paid $60.00 for this hotel. Would like my Mo ey back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was fantastic! Close to everything we wanted or needed. Would love to stay here again next time we are in the area. The shower/tub was in the bedroom, completely separate from the bathroom, which was very odd.

Thank you for your review! Yes ma'am, our jetted tub rooms do have the tub/shower in the room. We do have a presidential suite with a full size jacuzzi and the shower is in the room. We definitely recommend you give it a try on your next visit. Have a blessed day!
