“Brand new hotel”

It was swell!

“Good place to stay.”

Cleaning a room for extended stay guests should be more than making the bed and replacing the towels. Usually if the ice bucket is used it's put back in it's place and a fresh plastic bag is given. Too much trouble or cost?

“Bad Hotel in Alabama”

I guess there is a night club or something next to the hotel.. Every night there were police sirens, lights, loud music, and yelling, lets just say I never got a good nights sleep. The room was okay clean, the pillows were lumpy the bed was kinda hard and sunk in the middle. My husband said the guy at the front desk was really nice but location and cleanliness was not a top priority with this Quality inn.

“Disappointed”

The hotel was comfortable. But I was disappointed with the location. I was under the impression that shopping centers were within walking distance. I was also disappointed that historic side of Huntsville was not closer. On the next to last and last day I had problems with my room not locking.

“Not impressed”

The hotel is quite old and somewhat run down. My room had mold in it and smelled badly of mold and mildew. I asked to be moved into a different room and was told there were no other rooms that I could move into. I cancelled the remainder of my reservation and moved to a different hotel. I would not book this hotel again.
