The smell of smoke in the room was a bit harsh. And the beds definitely were not queen size as the booking most likely a full. The staff and services were genuine and good. Just overall for the price it seems isn’t fair in the market now days. Cheaper hotels cost a fortune and it seems like they aren’t updating any of the rooms.

This place needs to be renovated badly. The AC doesn’t really blow cold air, holes or sloppy patchwork made to the walls, the shower/tub floor feels as if there is a large hole in it, and walls are thin. Sad to say, this place is really run down.

We drove down from Orlando to visit family , Room was clean , Area is great, breakfast choices were good , water pressure in bathroom was very good . Microwave & TV and channels were great 👍 No complaints, thank you Quality Inn
Shower was nice and hot. Bed and ac was good. Tv didn't work and the float and chair were so dirty I wore slippers in the room. The chair had so much grease that it looked like someone used it as a towel for cooking.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but we checked out of this property a few minutes after checking in. Big thanks to Expedia for expediting a full refund. Our room key card reader was broken, so staff would have had to manually open the door for us every time we wanted to enter. Our toilet didn’t flush, and the room was old and dirty-looking. There were also several men walking around the property that made me and my kids uncomfortable. It wasn’t a good family environment at all.

Good for you that Expedia whom you booked with gave you a refund. You being uncomfortable because of the men who were walking around, they were Hispanic which I’m sure you noticed ( your prejudice is showing) did not say a word to you. “Bye Karen”
The room was absolutely foul, and disgusting. I ordered a non-smoking room with a king, and got a smoking room with a double. The room is coverer in cigarette ash, burn marks, crumbs, and filth. Everything in this room was broken or stained.

I’m sorry you paid a third party for a room that was not available. You were given what we had which was a smoking room so of course it smelled like smoke. Was that the reason you let your dog defecate in our room?
Front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The whole room smelled of cigarettes. Cigarette burn marks were everywhere in the room, with graffiti on the bathroom wall.

You booked a smoking room got a smoking room and now your upset. You left your spit from the chewing tobacco in containers all over the room…your dog was smelly and messed up the furniture and your complaining about the condition of the room. We were happy to see you go.
Beds were comfy, but it was an older building and
it showed it. The toilet was dirty and it rocked when sitting on it. The room still smell like smoke from back in the day when smoking was aloud.

The hotel sign was laid over out front. There were used pillow cases folded up under the sheets on the bed. The lights flickered. The pull out couch was ripped and taped up. 10/10 would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. But it was explained to you at check in that there was a storm that knocked our sign out of the concrete slab that it was housed in and we were waiting on the contractors to repair it. But I guess you are one of those people who like to complain..

This property was behind another property, which was super confusing to find the check in desk.
As for the room, it was disgusting and the outlets were almost pure black from the amount of dirt and residue
This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The entire place was in disrepair and dirty to boot. There was a car on blocks without wheels in the parking lot! The staff was rude as well. I wish we had left. As we were leaving, the manager informed me she'd be charging us an extra fee for my daughter's service dog. Just horrible.
The room was a mixture of 'nice' and in need of upgrades. The furniture seemed newer. The exterior door (facing inside) the latch that allows the door to open two inches was broken and not secure and looked as tho it had been replaced multiple times. The interior of the bathroom appeared to have mold on the majority of the ceiling. The 3 pillows on the bed were quite small. The exterior walkways were rough and in need of paint. It looked run down. I knew what to expect when I arrived at 9:30 pm to check in and was asked for an ID. No welcome or "we're glad youre staying with us" reception. The room i reserved (1 king )was not available. The only room available was 2 full sized beds. I'll look for different accommodations on my next visit.

The front staff was not very kind. She didn’t even ask how my stay was. The juice machine was out of order and all the water, milk were out for breakfast. Also, the property states there is wi-Fi but I could never get it to work. It needs more work.
Supposed to be nonsmoking but there were burn marks on the bed. Looked cigarette burns. The shower curtain was ready to fall off. Lots of black mold in the bathtub. The manager hung up on me when I was giving these details. Called back and she hung up again. Tried several more times but no answer the phone. Canceled my room the next day and person at the dest wouldn't give me the time of day, she was on her personal phone. In my opinion the manger should be fired immediately.
This place is disgusting. There was mold, dust, and cigarettes burns on the bed, and mold in the ice bucket. The bathroom ceiling had major water damage, and was sporadically patched with cuts of drywall. The parking lot was full of people hanging out, drinking, and being loud.
First the front manager was very rude, secondly she refused to give me back my security deposit. Thirdly the hotel allows people to smoke weed and hang around. You don’t even know if you are safe. Room has smell, my allergies started due to the smell. I won’t advise anyone to stay in this hotel unless you trying to cut budget like I did but I regret it.
