Not What It Used To Be

Have stayed at the Radisson several time in the past however it has been a few years ago. It is not what I remembered. It did not appear to have been kept well.

Pros: The linens are plentiful and clean...the desk and chair are good
Cons: See above
Location: The location is good....restaurants, gas stations, big box stores...the interstate are all nearby
In my 5 stays the phone in my room has not worked. The breakfast lady does a great job. The staff is constantly changing. Housekeeping is marginal....sometimes there is coffee, sometimes not. I won't stay there again.

Airport radisson

It's was a very clean and beautiful lobby so I knew the rooms would follow suit. After check in, which was very quick and easy, I went to my room and to no surprise it was clean, the bed was a the ones that you can adjust the firmness, such a great room.

It's a bed...

The hotel itself was nice, but aged. There is no elevator, so if you have a lot of bags or difficulty with stairs, the 2nd floor rooms won't be for you. The vanity and bathroom lights were not working when I checked in - I alerted the front desk of the issue on my way out to a meeting, but they were not fixed upon my return. I awoke in the night to use the bathroom (just bladder relief!), and the toilet backed up and overflowed when I flushed... Not fun at 2:00am, but at least there were plenty of towels. I reported this to the front desk when I checked out, and the response was 'oh, we will have maintenance check that'. But the bed was comfortable, and the location is very convenient to the airport.

Out of 20 yrs of business travel, this is by far the worst hotel I've ever used. It smelled horrible, and seemed like it was last revamped in the 70's. The bed was ridiculous, it was a sleep number bed that had seen better days. It sounded like a mechanics air compressor was behind the bed and it only pumped up the edges of the bed leaving a trench in the middle. It was like trying to sleep in a big hot dog bun. Extremely dissatisfied to say the least.

common spaces are run down and most of the other guests were upset about service or facilities.

Not what you think.

When we pulled up to this hotel, I was confused because it was nothing like the picture showed. The outside of the hotel is old. The inside is remodeled, but our room had peeling wallpaper. Its an ok hotel, but not worth the price. The only great thing about this hotel was the staff. Very nice and helpful.
