Thanksgiving weekend get-away.

Posted Oct 17, 2014
My family and I were only there for one night in a two-bedroom suite. The room was clean; beds (king size) were very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the before dinner swim in their warm pool / hot tub.. Hot tub was also enjoyed by all. We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving (one night) getaway. Staff very friendly. The hot breakfast was a warm welcome.

Good for accessibility.

We finally found a clean hotel with helpful/friendly staff. They offer a selection of room anemities. Regular rooms even fit our 2 sons' power wheel chairs. The hotel is situated on Lake Muskoka with a wharf that offers selections of restaurants and stores. Boat tours are also offered, with / without meals. We have been coming here in the summer and at Thanksgiving for the past 5 years and will continue to do so.

Very Nice Hotel

Posted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: Very luxurious, great room, classy
Cons: Extend breakfast past 10:00 am
Location: At the wharf in Gravenhurst. We had a great ride on Lake Muskoka on the steamship cruise.
A very nice spot to stay in Gravenhurst. Wish we had planned for an additional night over the Thanksgiving weekend.

The soft bed is too soft. Other than that, everything is pretty good.

Relaxing Luxurious 4 Night Stay!

Posted Oct 4, 2014
Pros: Proximity to the lake and town and Steamship and other great places in Muskoka!
Cons: The Reservation Connection had poor sound quality and was not very helpful! Deb on the Main Desk was excellent and helped us reserve extra nights!
Location: The location is very central to many places to see and visit in Muskoka!
Beautiful to have a comfortable room with lake view of the beautiful changing fall colours!

Modern, spacious, well-equipped hotel

Posted Oct 2, 2014
Cons: Pillows
Even the studio rooms have complete kitchen (including dishwasher), lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds and pleasant balconies. This is our second time there during the autumn season and we will stay again another year in the off-season when we can afford it.

Great staff

Amazing staff went out of their way to try to help us get our netflix working. One downside to the hotel is no movie service. Room was beautiful.
