Great property, which offfers intimacy and great space to relax and unwind. The staff is phenomenal - they are very attentive to your needs, but not intrusive to your personal space. There are a number of activities daily, and numerous places to relax. I am definitely returning again. The food is delicious!

I enjoyed every single inch of the property including the calmness, peace, and the hospitality. I cant find one thing i did not like about my stay at the hotel. In addition, i appreciated that it was safe to walk to the pharmacy located outside of the hotel. Thank ypu for such an amazing experience!

First time in Meraki and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest resort with amazing food. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths.

We stayed at Meraki just for five days between Christmas and New year. We found everything perfect, food was varied, the room was a little aged but perfectly clean, the staff and service were excellent. Couldn't have asked for more. We didn't venture outside the resort as that was not our purpose this time

Hi there, i stayed at Meraki Resort on 19th November 2023. Stayed at room 2101,we originally booked a kingsize bed room but they gave us two single bed which ruined my anniversary, but they did give us a kingsize room 4101 the next day next to a very noisy room. The internet keeps turning off every 2min we had to call the reception for wifi password and the food was extremely poor lack of food option and the food gave my partner diarrhoea which i had to go pharmacy and get medication. If your planning to stay in Hurghada stay at Mercure hotel its better atmosphere, nice environment, good entertainment and food is amazing. Meraki resort is very poor and its not a 5 star hotel. I would say its a 3 star and thats me being kind. Stay away from Meraki resort, they dont allow you to bring food from outside and their food will give you food poisoning. Goodluck to those staying at Meraki.

Stayed at the Meraki for one night, was unable to eat in any of the restaurants (half were closed) and their system requires you to make a reservation with your room number but on arrival and on your last day you not registered in the system and therefore can’t make any reservations. The staff were utterly useless and provided zero information on check in about how the hotel works, and zero help when trying to make a reservation as they would simply blame the system and say there was nothing they could do, Hotel plays loud music until 1am in the morning which can be heard in the rooms and the service from the bars is very limited they have no attentive servers. I would never stay here again and I would recommend it to nobody there are many resorts in Hurghada and you shouldn’t have to suffer through this one.

We loved this place. Expedia failed us by saying they had laundry facilities and laundry service. There is a difference between the two. They only have laundry service. We were expecting a facility to do our own laundry. Laundry service is not guaranteed against loss, rips, shrinkage, fading or other problems. Don't expect to do your own laundry. But beautiful beaches and atmosphere.

What a shame that such a beautiful resort is run by such a lying manager and his restaurant staff. Lying about no wine per glass , asking me to scan a menu and chose from it then bring me a wine bottle which we thought was from the menue and charging me triple with a shady hand written receipt so the staff can take that money to their pocket. The wine listed on the menue was $350 Egyptian pounds , we were asked for $950. No such wine exist on the menu we were provided. The manager was trying to bribe us with a “discount “ when we complained the next day. What a joke ! What a shady , tourist trap! You should be ashamed of yourself !

Good - Adam (the herbal shop guy), Mustafa( from housekeeping), Ahmed (bracelet and necklace maker), The night manager and a few of waiters (I didn’t get their name unfortunately) Thank you all so much for making my birthday holiday feel so special and always putting a smile on my face. They all deserve a raise! Bad - don’t book this hotel with hotel.com because when we got there they couldn’t find our booking so Hossam sent us off to eat to resolve the issue. Just to note prior to arriving at the hotel I triple checked with the hotel online and over the phone that they are able to fulfil my requirement of having two twin beds. After diner we were given a very thorougher talk about all the hotel has to offer and then taken to our room. Our room had only one bed which I was very confused about, I went back to reception to speak with Hossam who said he will speak with a manager but in the meantime he will send someone over with a extra bed just for the night. 5 hours of waiting past and no bed arrived so we returned to reception where we spoke with the night manager about the whole issue, he was very lovely and understanding, he got a bed sent to our room immediately and informed us that our issue will be resolved in the morning with the morning manager Sameh. Sameh basically told us that we must take what we get as there are no special favours and no one should have told me that I will get a twin bed room. He did however change us to a twin bed. I also got food poisoning

Les chambres etaient nettoyées tous les jours sans meme mettre la carte de nettoyage sur la poignée. Les employées etaient toujours en train d'enlever les déchets par terre et dans toute la propriété. La plage etait très propre. Les jardins aussi! Bref tout était parfaitement propre!
