“Great hotel for the money for a quite vacation”

this hotel exceeded my expectation staff were very nice, not pushy, rather professional very quite and very clean facility. I'll go there again to the same hotel.

We liked the hotel but service wasn't that great.one day room service wasn't done till late in the afternoon, I had to call them to clean the room.I realized the mini fridge wasn't working good, I had to call them twice.In general it was a good experience, we liked the pool and the sea.If I go there again I would stay in Shereton again.

The service is good and staff is definitely helpful. The hotel area is nice and well maintained. The rooms are more 4-starish due to design and maintenance, but all functioned well and was very clean. The area is quet with access by bus to downtown, golf and marina (marina and downtown have good netwrok of restaurants and shops and marina had nice show on Friday). I guess the only disappointing part was on breakfast side: the choice was ok, but totally all the same every day. So if you didn't like the initial choice there was no hope for better the following day. In the end up I ended up eating the same thing a few day in a row. Otherwise all fine.

The location is lovely, sprawling, set among lagoons and well-manicured gardens. My room was clean and quiet (far from the main buildings). A very relaxing stay. Service was friendly and helpful (particularly considering my trip coinciding with the revolution, when the Egyptian staff showed up every day with a smile). The food was a bit overpriced, but offered a good variety; the Orient 1001 was quite tasty. Spa and dive center also offer nice service.

You cannot be in a rush, but this holds true for most of Egypt. Otherwise the hotel is great, especially the attentive and friendly kids club and game room staff - always popular with our kids.
