“Best Hotel in Egypt!”

The best hotel ever. Wonderful landscape with palms, restaurants and pools. Very good food and overall good service. Excellent!! Rooms very nice. If someone are complaining against this hotel, perhaps those persons are working in another hotel or are only stupid. This is better than 5 stars, should have been 6 stars!!! Very Very Satisfied with everything - going to Hurghada, go to Steigenberger Beach resort. Henrik with friends.

“a great and quite hotel”

this hotel is just in the right place in Hurgada as it's not far from the city center where all the activities are and in the same time it's located in a nice quite and private place with easy transportation from/to the hotel. most of the staff is very friendly and will try to help in anything you ask. the food is superb with a great variety for every taste.

“One of the best in Hurghada”

Excellent hotel services , large rooms compared to other hotels , largest pool in Hurghada ,kids will definetely enjoy the kids pool and lazy river rid , there is also a different free show after dinner , russian show - belly dance - magic shows . Very close to Hurghada famous downtown area where all the cafes and restuarant . The only down side is a bit expensive and get bored with food served at the dinner . It is better to book B&B only to save money and free to eat dinner in the close by Hard Rock cafe and other restaurants.

“My trip to Hurghada”

This was my second time to Hurghada and first time in this Hotel, I was surprised by the size of the swimming pool area, and as well the service. Overall the Hotel is very cool, and location is nice. I would recommend everybody to try a vacation in the best hotel in Hurghada! The only thing I didn't like it, the price of the lunch or dinner (open puff), it's too expensive so I tried different resturants outside the hotel.

Must be re organize about beach. Inside sea sight is very poor.

It would have been the best hotel in Hurghada if the staff were customer service oriented. Unfortunately, my experience from the beach staff to the reception staff were un-polite, and rude in some cases. I was very disappointed, the treatment for sure was not 5 Stars one.

“Awesome resort with beach front”

Nice hotel when comparing many others in Egypt. The grounds are well-kept and the service is instance. I did realize that very few Americans visit Egypt, so many of the hotel works were surprise when my wife or I made request. One negative is the taxi system, which is really out of the hands of the hotel hands. So, to any one considering visiting Hurghada Egypt, you should go for it. We felt safe the entire time at the resort and out shopping for deals in the city. Keep in mind, you may want to ask the hotel what is a reasonable fare amount to pay taxi drivers. Hope this was helpful.

“Good Quality Hotel.”

This is a good quality and well managed hotel, centrally located next to the new marina. The beach is nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Service was very considerate. Overall enjoyed my stay.

“Could be the best hotel in Hurghada but...”

I love everything about the steignberger al dau but I noticed that some things need to be fixed such as the AC in the rooms as they weren't keeping the room cool enough the other thing is that when I tried to use the towel hanger next to the shower the cap fell off. I wish those things get fixed which would make the hotel a great place to stay in, but overall al dau is an excellent hotel to spend a holiday in.
