Nice Stay

Our stay was really amazing and the Staff is on of the best and hotel food is really good and location of the hotel is unique but only negative point the Ac couldn't turned to be heating and they couldn't fix this and it was cold so we asked for 2 extra blankets anything else rather than that is amazing

Pros: My room view was so excellent .. Food was excellent .. Service and hospitality was so nice too .
Cons: House keying would be twice a day .. Room service should be more improving ..
Location: Location is so good ..
It was a first time to be in the hotel .. I believe that I will be booked again as soon as I can .

Although the location of the hotel is very good, the hotel itself is very disapointing. This was not my first time in El gouna and I love the place but we decided to stay in the marina this time to be closer to the restaurants. This hotel states that it is four stars, the rooms are not very well kept and look quite cheap for a 4 star hotel. In addition, they didn't pick up us to the airport, as agreed; we had to fight for getting two card keys (policy only one per room); we requested a double bed and they didn't even give us a blanket for a double bed. In fact, the "converted" two twin bed into one double, with one mattress and the mattress didn't feel the two beds. I treat my guests better. These are among all the little things that make this hotel look and act quite cheap. I stayed at the sheraton the last time and it was 100 times much better for the same price. Will never go back to this hotel.
