We spent 4 nights at Coral Springs, residing in a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. Pluses: it's centrally located between downtown St. George and Sand Hollow Lake/Zion. Our unit was a spacious apartment with full kitchen, modern furnishings, large master bath with jet tub, walk-in shower & walk-in closet. The units have balconies with outdoor seating and large grills. The Negatives: the front of the hotel overlooks the highway and a Texaco gas station (request a rear-facing unit). The kitchen had a limited supply of utensils and dishes, plus many of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. This hotel does not have a restaurant nor any staff. During our entire stay the office was always closed; we never saw any staff. The tennis court has an unusual slippery plastic surface which I've never seen before (and I've played on many, many tennis courts). The surface causes the ball to bounce oddly when it hits the seems of the plastic, especially the lines. There is also not enough space between the lines of the court and the surrounding fence. We were regularly hitting our racquet on the fence or backing into it in order to get deep balls. Almost impossible to return angled balls without hitting the fence. And this was singles -- forget about doubles. The outdoor pool was too small, and thus too crowded in the afternoons. The indoor pool area needed a proper cleaning, especially the deck. So, overall the units were very nice, but outside of the units the hotel itself doesn't offer much.

Cool hotel, right on the golf course and across from the state park. Queit, clean and comfortable. But the staff was more interested in selling golf tees than checking me in to my room. I would recommend the place to friends and will stay again but don't expect much from the staff.
