55$ bucks you get what you pay for!!!

Posted Feb 26, 2015
Pros: Location!
Cons: rebuild it!
Location: hospital and outdated mall!
When I Arrived front desk entrance is poorly marked. Hotel clerk could not find my reservation that i had made 4 hours before through expedia. Hotel had mostly dark corridors and one wing was just Construction workers who where parting long into the night! Very disappointed in hotel. You should spend another 50 bucks and head downt the street!

The staff were friendly and helpful, room sucked.

Posted Feb 17, 2015
This place is in transition. And I understand that. Some parts were very nice, such as bar and check in area. But my room...phone was broke, bathtub didn't drain water, alarm clock was broke. I'd suggest put people in finished rooms and not in the broken ones.

Nice hotel and staff. ..could be cleaner....

Posted Feb 10, 2015
The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The pool area was nice kids loved it. It could be cleaner. I also dropped the remote behind the dresser. When I went to get it something had been spilt back there. Out of sight out of mind I guess. The beds where comfy and clean. Bathroom not so clean. Overall very pleased . Well worth the money. Like I said it could be cleaner but value wise you get what you paid for and I felt they exceed my expectations.

Heads Up

Posted Feb 3, 2015
I think I should have been given a heads up about the remodel that is being done. Everything was torn up. I walked up the stairs to my floor and thought I was in the wrong place and the room numbers were pieces of tape with numbers written on it. I also was not happy that the construction workers were outside my room at 830 Sunday morning making a ton of noise. I will say the room was clean. But the staff never even asked about the stay. I don't know if I would try this hotel again.

Tight room & untrained front desk staff, new owner

Posted Jan 21, 2015
Pros: VERY PET FRIENDLY
Cons: THE FRONT DESK STAFF APPEARED TO BE NEW AND IN TRAINING BUT THEIR WAS NO TRAINING STAFF TO BAIL OUT THE NEW STAFF MEMBER.
Location: The motel was very close to the malls, restaurants and the hospital..
We stayed 4 days while my 93 year old mother was in the hospital. The motel was very close to the malls, restaurants and the hospital and not too far from the nursing home. I believe the untrained staff may have been due to the ownershjp changes. THE ROOMS WERE TIGHT but clean and quiet. We had our two pomeranians with us and had no problems. We would recommend staying here again. The room price was a good value for the area.

pleasure trip to see salt mine

Posted Jan 19, 2015
Pros: Breakfast was very nice. Room was clean and beds were awesome.
Cons: Try to cut down the noise from the pool and other area's within the hotel.
Desk clerk very friendly, Room was clean and very nice. Did not appreciate the noise that had to listen to all night long - it sounded like a motor running then wanting to shut off but couldn't and would start right back up. Room was warm until figured out we could shut off the heat running.

Pros: Even though it is a large hotel everything we needed was in the building.
Cons: The Atrium could have a sign on the door for the office check-in. Also there was no elevator to the second floor.
Location: The location was easy to find. Prices were reasonable.
The staff was friendly and experienced. They helped with extra towels as we had extra people in the room. The mattress in the room should have been replace with a new one as it had dips in it. The roll-away bed was the same. I had a hard time finding the entrance to the office to check in, walked around the building two times.
