this was my 10th stay at the Taj Krishna - its always friendly, the staff are always helpful, the food is good - just hoping the fix the pool soon!

Pros: The hotel staff are all excellent.
Cons: Rooms are tired. Needs better beds, soft pillows. Modern televisions.
Location: Mall, with Rock Rock Cafe.
Impressive lobby, staff are excellent! The rooms in need of an upgrade, as they are tired.

Great hotel no pool

Pros: great concierge staff very helpful.
Cons: Get the pool up and running ASAP
lovely hotel, but unfortunately their pool was being redone so no pool... that was disappointing...they did however gave us the use of the Deccan Taj pool, a hotel just around the corner. Not the same, the only bad thing to report about this hotel. great bar - Seasons...

Cons: Pool was not open which was disappointing
Location: Went to the fort but were therefor business so not really doing tourist stuff
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, super restaurants and great place for business meetings

Superb hospitality

As always, the staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful - everyone went out if their way to make my stay as good as it could be. The concierge arranged a couple of day trips with a guide and driver so I could see the sights, but also a couple of my particular passions (food and jewelry). The food at the hotel was excellent - The golden Dragon is superb, as is the coffee shop and the main restaurant. While I was there I was ill with a cold, but the staff took care of me and gave me many hot toddies and medicine, and even offered to get me a doctor. Really went out of their way for me. Can't wait to go back. Thank you, Taj Krishna!

The hotel staff and the service they provide makes all the difference. The hotel itself is getting a bit dated and could use some updating, but the service is impeccable. I am especially pleased with the restaurant staff who went out of the way to make sure I was well-served.

Old and historical hotel

Pros: Staff are excellent. Attentive and professional.
Cons: Rooms, themselves, are getting tired and need a facelift. Pillows need to be replaced and upgraded to soft foam and feather, giving guests a choice.
Location: Good location, downtown access.
Stayed only one night, but it is historical and elegant hotel.
