Recommended: The room was beautiful, with a peaceful ambience, nice bathroom with an extra large tub. The service was very courteous, professional, yet understated. My room overlooked Boston Commons, a nice view, and the location is walking distance to the Prudential Center, the financial district, Chinatown, and of course the theaters; parking in Boston is exorbitant, so I recommend not having a car. The only complaint I had was the room temperature was too warm for an unusually warm fall day--apparently there is either heat or airconditioning depending on the season, not the kind of temperature control one gets in new buildings. Recommended: This hotel is within easy walking distance of the Boston Commons park, Chinatown, the Theatre district and several universities. I thought it was a lovely hotel too! Nicely decorated, comfy bed, quiet room and there are nifty shops located within the building on the bottom floor. I'd definitely stay there again if I had the opportunity!
