Property is very clean. They change towels everyday and even provide towels in pool area. All the staff were awesome. They were very courteous, helpful, kind and 24/7 available. You can leave your luggage in the reception in case of early checkin or checkout. Location is situated in the most perfect spot in Ibiza Town based in my preference 10 mins from airport and Ibiza port. Pool is small but property is in front of the beach. If you want to go to Formentera there's a boat in front of the apartment. Breakfast is OK, they only offer english breakfast and fruits. When I return to Ibiza I'll definitely book again in this apartment. Great value for our money based to the service and location we receive.

The hotel is right on the water and a bargain for what you get. The cleaning ladies and the lady at the reception was extremely nice and kind. We went off shoulder season so they let us check in early and held our baggage after we checked out. They even helped us get a rental care. Walkable to the areas you want to see while in Ibiza.

Lovely and breath taking views from the balcony. Noisy all through the day due to ongoing work outside on the seafront. Apartment was clean, sofa was quite hard to sit on and uncomfortable. Hair dryer in the bathroom was very poor quality, and would be hard going for women trying to dry their hair. On positive side, staff were very friendly and helpful. We had option of daily change of towels and linen.

The mar y playa apartments are in a great sea front location. They are very clean and the staff are helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that you had to pay a deposit for towels, safe etc.

Basic hotel but great location!
This is a great little hotel right on the beach. The apartments are basic but has everything you need and are very clean. It’s approximately a 45minute walk to Ushuaïa which makes it perfect for a night out but also away from the main strip so great to relax or for families. You can also get a water taxi right outside the hotel for 6euro return to Ibiza town.

The staff was generally friendly and the view from the room and size was wonderful. The main problem with the room is the number of ants. They managed to find their way into the shower, on my pillow, in my luggage... it was an all out siege! I spent the majority of my stay killing ants and flicking them off my body parts.

It was great time to stay here. Lucky for us, we had a room in front of beach view. And good location to get on a sea bus and enjoy beach. Also There was big supermarket called “NIDE”, thanks to it, we handled with meal. We hope to meet kind staff again. Everything was excellent!

Great location, very slow check in process but apart for that, excellent service. Shame you have to pay extra to use the safe in the room. Very strange ‘cloud’ hanging in reception. Looks like an old duvet! Would be happy to stop here again.

Good location right on beach
We picked these apartments as a 20 minute journey from the Airport on the L10 and also a 15 minute walk. to Ibiza town. The apartments are right on the beach and all rooms have sea view and balcony. There is a promenade walk with lots of bars and restaurants and also in the surrounding streets. The boat to Formenteta stops right outside.

Great location
Pros: €15 taxi from the airport & walking distance to Ibiza port and old town. Its right on the beach and has lovely views. We got it for a very reasonable £65/per night, and it was worth that money. The hotel and room was very clean. The room was a decent size and was bright. There was crockery and cutlery and the little kitchenette was great. The shower was powerful and nice and high. The staff seemed very pleasant. Oh, and walking distance to Lidl for cheap beer l, food and suncream! Bar area is nice. Cons: Asked for a top floor room but didn't get it. Asked for a sea view and unfortunately didn't have a direct view but I think all of the balconies do have an angle of the sea. There was absolutely no information provided on check in, nothing about the hotel or the area, literally nothing other than the room key and paying an extra tourist tax. The bathroom has no toiletries apart from a single dispenser in the shower with an unidentified soapy liquid in it. There was no soap to wash your hands at the sink. There was also no washing up liquid or soap in the kitchen. The hairdryer is very basic and is a hot air tube attached to the wall in the bathroom. There is nowhere in the room with a mirror and plug next to one another, and there is no full length mirror. There's no lock in the safe, I'm assuming you have to pay extra for this but we were never given any info on it. The beds are pretty hard and uncomfortable. Lobby needs refurb. Good for short cheap stay in good area
