Amazing little place!
The property was very clean and tidy. The area was clean and well maintained. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be staying here again!

The staff were wonderful at this property. Very accommodating and nice to deal with. We went off season so not a lot was open, but I think in the regular season this would be an exceptional area to visit.

A great hotel for a peaceful family holiday
Room was clean and spacious with terrace leading onto the pool area, 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in living area. Staff were very friendly and helpful whenever needed. Pool area was well maintained and peaceful, pool water was nice and warm when we visited, not sure if it was heated or just because of the very hot weather (38 - 40) Hotel located very near a lovely sandy beach with a couple of restaurants close by. Parking was free just over the road in large car park. Overall we would visit again.

Location was ok for the small beach nearby. The area had a run down atmosphere with rubbish bin smells, view over what looked like a squatters camp. Blood on the floor leading up three flights of stairs one morning was not a good sign.

Loved the bungalows. Had an upper flat with balcony and upstairs terrace. Nice pool quiet st this time of year with pool bar. Fantastic location. Quiet area on outskirts of resort. Loads of buses to everywhere and cheap to travel on. Selection of shops and restaurants in immediate vicinity. Would def go there again.

fabulous apartments!
We had multiple rooms for a week as a wedding party and we were all so impressed! The quality of the rooms and cleanliness couldn’t be faulted. Pool area lovely chilled and spacious. We would definitely recommend and we will certainly stay here again!

Clean, quiet when we visited in September for a family wedding. Breakfast was nice and relaxed. Didn't really spend much time in the hotel but all staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Clean comfortable apartment Hotel
Recently refurbished modern apartment style hotel with sea views from upper floors. Pleasant pool area. 2 mins to beach within a cove. Several restaurants nearby. Hotel staff helpful and pleasant. Rooms clean and well maintained with frequent linen changes and cleaning. Suggest will suit families and couples looking for quieter location although transport links to San Antonio are good for those looking for more nightlife. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again if visiting Ibiza in future.

Fab Family Holiday
We stayed in a Deluxe 2 bed Apartment, which slept 5 (2 x adults & 3 x children - 7,10 & 12 years). My oldest child slept on the pull out 'double' sofa bed which he said was very comfortable. The apartment itself was immaculate and has clearly been recently renovated to a good standard. The complex was perfect for families - a decent sized pool with good sun bed availability, it was also nice and quiet at night. A really good cafe/bar directly outside the complex (cheap as well, €2 a pint) which catered for all food tastes along with a fab evening restaurant right next door (El Viejo Gallo), A further good restaurant can be found on the beach (Es Virot).

After research multiple hotels in Ibiza we chose Torrent Bay Hotel purely on the great reviews it has received. We have been coming to the island for years and wanted to stay somewhere suitable for the kids (6&10 yrs old). Wr booked a 2 bedroom apt suitable for 5 peop. We were appointed room 123 in block 1. Avoid this apartment!! View is not great, looking out on a dusty old car park. The apartment is cramped compared to some of the other apartments and not suitable for 5 people. The sofa bed hasn't been upgraded and looked old and tired, the lock on the door wasn't working on the first night so we had to get the engineer out. In fact the lock itself was dodgy as you cant lock the apartment from inside, which gives an unsafe feeling. The shower wasn't working properly, which had to be fixed as well. The kettle provided kept tripping all the fuses. The apartment was very disappointing for the money we paid for it. The next door apartment is privately owned. One night we came back from Ibiza town and the next door's airco unit made so much noise, it could be heard in both of our bedrooms. The walls are thin. The staff couldn't really do anything as its privately owned which was annoying as it kept us from sleeping that night. The area itself is lovely and the beach nearby is great. The kids enjoyed the pool, albeit it a bit small. I would come back to the area but not to the hotel. The younger hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, apart from a female senior staff member.

Good holiday in a good location
This was a very good holiday. The only complaint we can make is the bathroom, the toilet was excessively low and the shower was in the bath. This made life very difficult for my wife who has arthritis in both knees. Also there were 15 steps up to the apartment. The next time we will request a bottom apartment.

Good hotel, close to beach
Nice location but not good before May, most places closed and 20 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Staff assumed everything was open but not even a local supermarket nor the facilities on site were. Could be ideal in summer as there are several bars and restaurants close by. Bus 20 mins to town but avoid taxis as they are not cheap or consistent with pricing.

Lovely and well located aparthotel.
Just returned from a lovely stay in Torrent Bay. A free upgrade on arrival to a deluxe apartment which had two balconys and a great sea view with one also overlooking the pool. Really well equipped apartment (even had a washing machine) and cleaned daily. Nice pool, well located near a great beach/bay and regular bus service into San Antonio. Free late check out which was wonderful with our late flight.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was OK, however it did have some damage like missing lampshades etc. The main problem was the wifi which was out for several days in the rooms, and when restored the performance was very slow.

Lovely setting so close to the sea
Just back from a wonderful week Torrent Bay was in such s great location next to a beautiful family cove and great selection of local bars and restaurants We had one of the older rooms, it was clean and spacious and really cannot fault it apart from maybe the bathroom was a bit in the small side for a family of 6 and sometimes we ran out of hot water! Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. We did a lot of cooking during the week! Didn't find any English TV channels but then we didn't look too hard, kids seemed to enjoy their cartoons in Spanish! Wifi was excellent and we caught lots of Pokemon ;) Staff were all friendly and helpful, our kids really enjoyed the mini club Pool was fantastic, and there were always free sunbeds all through the day even in mid-August, also plenty of shade around the pool. Will likely go back next year :)

The hotel & staff are very accommodating, only downside was that we were put on the top floor, with no lift available. It was hard going when climbing the stairs which are on the outer side of the building and the sun was topping 30degrees. We stayed in a deluxe room which was in excellent condition with top rated air conditioning. My daughter stayed in a standard room which was well worn and really did need updating . Lovely large swimming pool for the size of the hotel. Nice quiet position. The beach is less than 5mins walk and is in a bay so it has calm waters, which makes it ideal if you have children. There are around 3 good restaurants on the beach too.

Excellent holiday, brilliant location, lovely hotel, lovely island. Our accommodation (room 237) consisted of; Hallway with galley style kitchen, one side had a good sized sink, electric 2 ring convection hob, extractor hood/light, and single fridge freezer. One the other side a combination microwave/grill, toaster, coffee maker. Both sides also had numerous cupboards containing everything you'd need to make a full evening meal for 4, save for the actual food! Master bedroom, two single beds joined together, two large built in wardrobes, bedside cupboards each side, and two clothes stands. There was a modern air conditioning unit mounted at ceiling level could blast out cold air 24 hours a day if required, we tended to leave it at 21 deg C during the day, and then 25 at night, don't be tempted to leave it lower, you'll wake up frozen at 5am! Bathroom with toilet, sink, mirror and walk in shower. A towel rack replenished with fresh towels for 4 people each day. They supply 4 large, 4 medium and 2 face towels as well as a smaller towel for the floor. Main living room has a brilliant, high specification double pull out sofa bed, TV, dining table + 4 chairs, two coffee tables and various lamps. Balcony with dining table and 4 chairs, ours didn't have a drying rack that some others had but after complaining about the on-site dryer not working the hotel immediately went out and bought us a large clothes horse, which we were very happy with!

We stayed 9 nights at Torrent Bay (2 adults, 2 small children) and absolutely loved it. Location is perfect for a family holiday. About 150yds to the beach which is really nice (although sun beds are extortionate). Pools are great especially the kids pool. Apartments are slightly in the small side, but they cater for everything you need. Cleaners came in everyday and did a great job. Receptionist Gloria so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be back

we stayed in an apartment that sleeps 6, there were 4 of us, 2 bedrooms so lots of space. the bathroom was a bit small and tired. the balcony a good size, the kitchen was well stocked and clean. the air conditioning was excellent, 3 units all remote controlled. we had good service with cleaning and lots of clean towels. the pool area was great, gated access with a code. quiet for August. the beach is really lovely, day and evening, clear water which was fab for snorkelling. watersports available. we took the water taxi to San Antonio for 3 euro each. Bus was 1.65 each to San Antonio and from there a bus to Ibiza town is a bargain 2 euro each. we had a lovely holiday, area great, apartment complex was pretty and well maintained. Quieter area than San Antonio, much nicer in my view!

Stayed with my husband for a week and we loved it. Great location near ocean in quiet town, close enough to Sant Antoni and Eivissa for fun days there. Ibiza without a car is a really bad idea as you'll want to drive to different Calas (beaches) and towns. This place is great drive to-from place.

Stayed here for a week with my two daughters aged 18 and 15. Basic apartment but that's what we had paid for. Location was brilliant, lovely pool and didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn for a sunbed! Receptionist very helpful when we arrived and spoke very good English which was a great help! Beach within 50 yards and great restaurant and beach bar! Apartments and bedsheets/ towels changed very other day. We would definitely stay here again!

Decent place, not far from the beach
My fiance and I stayed here for a night before checking into our hotel for the week. It was nice, they put us in a unit on the end which faced the pool. The people above us were loud, but the room was fine and we had a nice night. The room did smell a bit funny when we entered but overall it was a nice place and we would have been happy to stay longer.

Apartamentos Torrent Bay
Apartamentos Torrent Bay is a wonderful part of ibiza. Very safe and secure. Beach is only a minute away where you can dine in beach front resturants well into the night. its a great location, and from a small little jetty, you can travel around the whole island where all kinds of boats pull up every 30minutes. There is an aray of water sports to chose from. Segreagated swimming area. Sun loungers are at a cost if you need them. The appartment we stayed in was ok , we only needed it to shower and sleep in, Any thing more than this would have meant us upgrading. I would return again and again great.

Close to beach - great family area
Lovely time in room 227 however on our 2nd from lastnight we had so e Italians staying next door who were polite enough but extremely loud on the balcony from 2pm each day & at the pool. Banging doors at 3am!!! May e it could be reminded that this is a quiet family resort!!
