We had a wonderful stay in our perfect studio room with everything we needed. The mini kitchen was stocked with all pots, pans, utensils, etc. Unfortunately our room had really terrible wifi and as an international traveller, we really counted on being able to use it but the connection was so weak we weren’t able to load anything. We also had a random smell of sulphur appear in our room throughout the stay which was unpleasant.

Perfect location
For the price we paid we were very happy with our stay. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious and the air con was great!! Balcony room with a lovely view and the location was right behind ocean beach which was perfect for us. Would stay here again

Location is good, close to the beach. However we had the worst experience staying in this place. Knowing that we will be driving around Ibiza, we search for hotel that provide car parking. There’s no parking at the property, only the road side parking which is always full, we parked on the road side along with other cars, where our car were later being towed away. When we asked reception for help, we were told that this happened before (seem to be pretty frequent) which we were not told upon check in, a lil heads up would be nice. Cleanliness is okay, we asked for more toiletries as it wasn’t refilled on the next day, and were told to get our own from the shop at the corner.

The staff were extremely friendly and the place was well kept, clean and comfortable. The pool area is a great please to chill out (bar included), and the breakfast they provide is satisfying for the price being paid. Would definitely stay here again, especially considering how close the hotel is to the main strip in San Antonio!

Appartment was very small for 4 people and smelt quite fusty. It was in a dark corner so had no sunlight on small terrace. Pool area was great, good music and atmosphere and was nice and clean.

What impressed me the most was the friendliness of staff to help me when the booking got screwed up on HomeAway form. They couldn’t help even though Expedia said they had all the tools to do so. The hotel is close to the beach but they also have a nice compact pool as well. The rooms are clean and we had a fantastic sea view of the the bay. I can’t praise the staff enough. It is a 3 star hotel with 5 star values.

The case that we where with a group and the other couples where given rooms with balconys at no extra cost and for us to move we had to upgrade 30 euro extra

Location is perfect been staying here the last 6 years or so and its within walkeling distance of o beach and the strip and is perfect for any age is clean and pool and pool bar are just enough not to quiet not too mad

Nice for the price !
Great hotel for a budget. Good atmosphere round the pool with music playing. Friendly reception and service. Our room was 512 over looking the bay and O Beach. What let the hotel down was lack of places to put your belongings and clothes. I.e. only one bedside table (no drawers), only 2 small drawers in the dressing table and that’s it. No where to store food. The fridge was taken up by the mini bar, to use the fridge you had to take the mini bar tray out and place on the side taking up more room. We stayed for 4 nights, but because of that reason I wouldn’t of wanted to stay for longer. Bring earplugs incase you have an early night.

Fantastic, as always!
This is our third time staying at this Aparthotel and this time was as great as our other stays. Excellent location, but far enough out to be a bit calmer! Spacious and well equipped room. Lovely sea views. Fab pool! Friendly staff. We stayed as 2 adults and 2 children, but have also stayed as adults only. Would defo stay again!

Perfect for a few days. Very clean and big rooms. Pool area has music and decent priced food and drinks. Stayed during August so mainly people there To party but actually wasn’t too rowdy. It’s a taxi ride to most of the clubs but that’s like everywhere in Ibiza.

Upon arrival the reception staff were very informative and welcoming. Check in was quick. The room was very clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff were very pleasant even when we interrupted them cleaning our room. The bar staff were also pleasant and the pool area was kept clean and tidy. When we requested taxis from reception they came within seconds. Overall we had a lovely holiday and this hotel was perfect for our needs. thank you.

June Relaxation
Good location, not far from the water. The pool was nice and had a bar and music. Staff was very helpful at all times. Only small issue was that the air conditioning never really kicked on and there was no way to control it in the room. Luckily the weather was nice, so was not hot, just a little warm in the room in the afternoon. Room had small fridge, microwave and 2 stovetop burners. Once in a while, had a funky smell in bathroom, but I think it was the water.

Dear Dave, thank you for your review. The aircon should work fine so please next time ask reception to have a look. Normally it is an open window or a sensor on the windows not aligned that does not permit the AC to start working.

Worse nightmare
Room stunk of Rotten egg, when we walked in we thought something had been left in the fridge and had gone off as the smell was that bad then we asked cleaners and they said it was the cleaning stuff they used which I knew it wasn’t as what cleaning stuff smells like eggs , we left all windows and door open to try air it out we then turned the aircon on and it smelt like the smell was coming from the aircon which then stunk the whole apartment out even more we turned all aircon off and used all of our aftershave and deodorant to try get rid of the smell , once we got in from Our night out it still smelt as bad as when we first got there and was so warm we had to turn the aircon on (which sounded like a tractor and even tho we was drunk we still couldn’t sleep with the loudness off the aircon) after getting a headache from the noise from the aircon we had to turn it off , by this point it was around 6am we decided to pack our bags and move out the room as the smell wasn’t making us feel sick and the loudness if the aircon had gave us a headache. Even tho we had another 2 nights no one wanted to help so we packed our bags and walked out and booked another hotel. This hotel shouldn’t even be a 1* by the pool we ordered toasties bacon and chicken which we watched them get from a freezer ready made and put in a microwave I didn’t even try mine but my mate did and he spat it out described it as soggy bread with cold chicken , room 408 apartment was our room. NEVER AGAIN STAY CLEAR

Dear Klarna, we are very sorry for the smell in the room and understand your disappointment with the hotel. Unfortunately this problem occurs sometimes with strong winds from the ocean and normally is solved by filling the syphons from the room with water again. All problems have a solution so please don´t hesitate to ask for the manager on duty to give you a solution. Please try next time our chicken bagets as the "famous" Pannini´s you ordered for are just as you say, they come from the freezer.

It was very near the beach Andorran beach club, the staff were always polite and I couldn’t fault them. However the room smelt of damp the whole 3 days we were there and the door handle on the inside would fall off in your hand its not really worth 100€ Deposit if the door handle was falling off and the smell of the room. It’s ok if your there for a few nights but they just need to address these issues.

Basic but nice enough, good value
Nice enough room for price. Shower worked well, which isn't always a given in San Antonio. Kitchenette had enough to rustle up some scran (fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and 2 hobs with just one frying pan and a few utensils). Ample parking if you have a car and easy to find. If a seaview is important to you might be worth checking with the hotel beforehand if the room you selected can have one, apparently all our type looked out on the car park. Nice sunrises though if your up early enough or chilling after a late one. The hotel itself seemed nice, traditional ibiza property. I would go back. Hopefully it can continue as it is and not be ruined by being upgraded to 'luxury'.

Great location and good value for money. Most reception staff were helpful but the pool bar staff could have put a smile to everyone's day. You'd think the world was about to end! Would definitely recommend, especially with how expensive the Ibiza nightlife is...

Great location
The hotel took a little bit to find but it was night time when we arrived. In daylight, it's failrly easy. Considering its not too far from the main harbour (5 mins walk), it was very quiet. Ocean Club is just around the corner, but to be honest we never heard that either. Quite comical walking back at chuck out time time though. The hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were very spacious indeed. Comfy beds. Air con in the bedroom and the lounge area. Pool area was clean and tidy and the bar played some funcky music. While we were in Ibiza, two of our group had were pick-pocketed, so be on your guard when walking around. All in all I would rate this hotel and recommend it to outhers who like to be in the crowd but also like to get away from it from time to time.

Perfect San Antonio apartment
From check-in to check out the service at this hotel was excellent. All the staff were very friendly. The apartment was immaculate and kept clean throughout our stay. Although we didn’t use the pool area it looked to be well looked after and clean. The car park to the rear was helpful as we hired a car for the duration of our stay. Just a short walk from the sea front and the centre of San Antonio but far enough away to be out of the rowdiness of the strip!

Clean, comfortable and close to the beach!
Had a great room (with a great view) that was close to the beach and a 10 min walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. They gave a free bottle of wine for my friend's birthday as well. WiFi was the only downside which was temperamental. Also, remember the €100 deposit so you're not surprised when you check in!

The wifi is free and if needed the signal in the reception is always strong. Really great location: about a 10 minute walk from the beach in San Antonio. The hotel was pleasant. Liked the pool area with pool bar although maybe it needs an extra member of staff on the bar as those that were working seemed very rushed! The hotel itself was also very pleasant. The reception took a while to check-in so might benefit from having air conditioning as we were all struggling with the 15-20 min wait to get everything sorted. Room was fine although had a funny smell the whole time. Beds were very comfortable. Overall, it is excellent for what you need for a trip to Ibiza. I would definitely go back again.
