Fantastic hotel in great location.Posted Oct 20, 2013
I would highly recommend this hotel. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the rooms spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and of a good standard. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the bay but is within walking distance of the more lively spots. It has a nice pool area and is just over the road from the beach. I will definitely be using this hotel if I visit San Antonio again - which I intend to do.

Good experience in terms of location&service&cleanPosted Aug 10, 2013
The experience was good but unfortunatelly there wasn't queen bad we just stayed in twin beds as a couple. That was a quite hard to sleep comfortly. Some hotel's bed has an equipment to fix these twin beds in order to use one bed.

Great location, great staff, nice roomPosted Aug 4, 2013
Very good room - spacious, modern, clean and with a big balcony. Great location - 1 minute from a decent beach and small boat hire point, 20 seconds from a supermarket (great for cheap food and alcohol), 10 minutes from the promenade (with the good bars). About a 30 minute walk to Cafe Mambo and the surrounding bars (they're really nice), 20 minutes to the West End (not so nice ;-) ). The famous superclubs aren't within walking distance of the hotel, but that's not really a problem - for 3 Euros you can get the discobus from the bus station (15 minute walk) to any superclub, including Pacha, Amnesia, Space and Privilege. Travel time to the furthest (Pacha) is only about 20 minutes on the bus! Staff - cleaning staff are exceptionally good! Really impressed by how thoroughly they cleaned our room which, on a couple of occasions, was in a bit of a state! Reception and bar staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Spa - I had a massage which was very good. They have a dedicated room with a heat lamp and trained therapist, and also have a part-time physio. It was 40 Euros for half an hour and 60 Euros for an hour. Food - we didn't actually make it to breakfast during our stay, nor did we eat in the restaurant. However, based purely on look and smell, the food isn't anything special - you'd be better getting fresh bread and pastries along with cheese and cold cuts from the supermarket around the corner. Wifi - Free but abysmal!

Good hotel for all ages.Posted Jun 17, 2013
Pros: Clean, good location, good breakfast choice. Friendly staff.
Cons: Sun loungers get taken very quickly at 9am every morning!
Location: 15 minutes from town at a stroll. Over the road from nice beach.
Knew some friends who had stayed here before so facilities and location, etc were not a surprise. Good location for chilling away from the madding crowd, but only a 15 minute stroll to the centre of town, along the seafront and past some great bars! Room very clean, flat screen tv and excellent air con! Get a seaview room if you can, although ours was over main entrance and road was very quiet so no problem.

Not for a young couplePosted Jun 10, 2013
This hotel is not for the young crowd. Everyone we saw there seems to be in their 60s - 70s. It was hard to book a room with queen size bed for me and my girlfriend. For some reason, if I chose 2 adults, the hotel would automatically offer 2 twin beds. I finally booked queen size bed using "1 adult" option, and the hotel charged me extra 40 euros per night for my girlfriend to stay with me upon check in. Not worth the trouble. Look for another hotel in the area if you decide to stay in San Antonio. Wifi internet connection is really bad in the room (although, free). Location is OK.

Barely goodPosted May 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel charges you for ice, electric is only turned on when card key is inserted into room slot. So you can't keep nothing cold in fridge when your not in the room and they charge you for ice. First time for this one. Absurd.
