This was a wonderful place for a romantic getaway. It is quiet, some music by the pools but you're on the opposite side of the island from the main clubbing area. At least it seemed that way. We just stayed in the resort and enjoyed all it had to offer. Even did the couples massage which is a great value. Great staff, the butler service was excellent and all the restaurants were delicious. We'll be back.

Incredible attentive staff, live entertaining each night of the week and awesome food choices. Some familiar for Americans and some exotic and upscale for all! Pool areas were amazing with plenty of seating daily. Very nice property with nice views in all directions.

Outstanding staff. Very clean hotel. Pool is nice, beach is cool but nothing beats the gravity area on the roof. Infinity pool and lounge chairs during the day and great bar/entertainment at night. Would return just to hang out on the roof.

Amazing hotel - we didn’t want to leave! The standard of the food was the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort, along with the choice of drinks on offer to non-signature level guests like us. The staff were all super friendly and we enjoyed the daytime atmosphere at the main pool. Would visit again!

We booked for three nights at the end of August and had a signature level suite. The room was fantastic, had two balconies, a wonderfully comfortable bed, the best mattress Ive ever slept on. The shower was great as was the bath that had a stunning view of the sunset every day. The staff were always helpful, friendly and polite, expecially the reception staff and the butlers on the 5th floor. The gravity bar on the top floor was great and there were always beds available for sun bathing. The drinks were great too and it was so easy to stay up there all day in the shade drinking mojitos. The only negative for me was the food. Its definitely not five stars. The buffet restaurant was ok and had a wide variety of food but Ive been to much better places and had much better quality food. We went to the Mediterranean restaurant one night but it was a bit pretentious and again the food was average. Its also worth noting that the portion sizes were so small we asked for another course and were told that the kitchen had closed at 10.30. we ended up having to order room service because we were so hungry. This was an extra 200 euros with a bottle of wine. Overall its a great place to stay but dont expect too much of the food.

We stayed here for a week to visit the clubs but also have a place that was safe and quiet for recuperating. We opted in for the Signature Level to have what we thought were better drinks, food, and amenities. Our room had a couch already converted to a second bed. We disassembled it, and even after turndown all the mattress pads and sheets remained in the corner of the couch the rest of our stay. Totally bizarre. When you get to a restaurant is unclear if the "gourmet" items are included or not. They aren't - for either level. The drinks are also supposed to be premium, but they are all the same minus a few "top shelf bottles." Most of which you can't get at the common area bars. And mixed drinks have a time when you can no longer get them, it's arbitrary or else I would help. There's also this weird reservation system with your "butler." You can reserve a table and hope it goes through. It's really the only purpose of the butler I found. Ours wasn't even reserved once, despite confirmation, and then it became a big to-do to get in. The kicker is once we were inside, we laughed because the entire restaurant was empty. Some food is good. Some is just OK. None really lives up to the extra price. There are times when you can't get any food, and room service is extra, so grab some snacks at the airport. The pools are nice. Especially the quiet ones (roof and far area). The hydrotherapy area was super loud and annoying. Would not return.

My girlfriend and I had an incredible stay at TRS Hotel in Ibiza! This 5-star hotel surpassed all our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, and the poolside cocktails were perfect. The evening activities kept us entertained, and we didn't feel the need to venture elsewhere. The spacious room with mirrors everywhere added a touch of elegance. The breathtaking view from the room was a true highlight. The Gravity lounge bar on the roof was a dream, offering stunning views. The daily music around the main pool created a cool and vibrant atmosphere. We couldn't get enough of the truffle burgers at Stack bar at IO, and the all-day cocktails were simply delightful. Getting to the main town was easy with a taxi, costing around €30. The staff were super professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend TRS Hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Ibiza.

Romantic break
The hotel was so clean and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. The views are wonderful, expecially watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace. Note. The pools aren't heated. We'd definitely book again.

Such a shame to pay $400 a night and no heated pool. Food was great, although it must be at specific times to eat not all day. On day 2 I was informed I was not able to continue drinking Jameson or Macalan 12 whiskey and must choose something else which was odd. Room was mediocre at best. Staff was beyong amazing however and very attentive. Would not stay here again personally, but think hotel is nice. Also, mostly older crowds and late music in lobby was 80's music which was a huge turn off. This, my travlers is an honest review. Would rate this hotel a soft 7 out of 10.
