short break over extended weekendPosted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: location set away from main traffice and right on the beach
Cons: all was good
overall pleasant hotel. Room was late being ready so could not check in until 1pm but they had changing rooms and happy to issue towel cards. The rooms could have been slightly cleaner via the daily clean. location was great as was far enough away from the youthful visitors to the island and the clubs that entertain them. we did have some unruly twenty somethings waking us singing at 3am but the hotel porter eventually got them to go to bed. pool was nice and the view from the restaurant was amazing if you get up early enough to enjoy the sunrise. food was good and staff always helpful. cracking little supermarket within 100 yards on a side street and less than 15 euros taxi to airport which was about 15 minute ride. Q would i stay here again. Big YES

Good distance from town centre away from the noisePosted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: New refurbishment and the sea view. Fresh air into the room. Bonus.
Cons: Shower cubicle more cover. Slippers in room
Location: Local stores. Supermarket short walking distance. Good connections for buses. If you like walking on the beach then this hotel is ideal.
Good walking distance to city centre. Perfect if you are looking for a quieter hotel. Good service with daily replenish of water and fruit juice but not the toiletries. Shower cubicle could do with more cover as it kept leaking onto the bathroom floor. Found lots of hairs from previous but quick vacuum sorted that out. Amazing view from the hotel room out to the sea. Staff friendly and polite. Quite pricey for a four star hotel. However would stay there again.

Tacky hotel that doesnt warrant the pricePosted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: Not much
Cons: The unpleasant, nasty old dragons that work at the reception...couldnt be more unfriendly if they tried. Breakfast buffet and coffee are disgusting
Photos look nice but is really quite tacky once you see it in reality. Was perhaps wrong to expect anything other than that given the location - probably the worst part of the beach at d'en Bossa Worst breakfast buffet i have experienced...unless you like chocolate doughnuts and streaky bacon that is all streak and no bacon.

Really good, reliable, clean hotelPosted Aug 25, 2014
Stayed here for three nights in August 2014. Really efficiently run place, would go back. Mini bar was a nice extra. A table tennis table would have been great.

flawlessPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: location location location
Cons: cant think of any
Location: Ibiza town via bus less than 10 mins, bossa strip 10 mins via foot, airport 15 mins in taxi, big clubs all close by if its your scene.
great hotel. we stayed here for last few nights of our honeymoon after first week in san Antonio. Could not fault the spec of this hotel. I have worked in a hotel myself in the past and can appreciate the efforts the staff put into this hotel to make it what it is and the money that has been invested in it. Excellent location for a quiet stay within minutes from the airport, with the option to live the party life 10 mins down the road along the bossa strip or enjoy and relax for a few days. Ibiza town within minutes on the bus or via taxi and it is well worth the visit for restaurants, bars and shopping if you want it. would highly recommend for couples or business users wanting a bit of both worlds but not wanting to be in amongst the Ibiza vibe for the whole holiday. fresh modern hotel, excellent rooms,wi fi, ac works a treat, sea view room highly recommended.

Hotel is right next to the beach. Rooms are good size for European standards. Staff is attentive. Will definitely go back.

Average hotel for Spanish people onlyPosted Jul 22, 2014
We were there for 3 nights. No one (including the manager) spoke any English. Staff weren't friendly, and when asked questions at the reception no one even would lift they head and talk Spanish. We were threatened to call the police if we won't turn off the music which wasn't even loud. Left very disappointed and changed to 5*

Pros: On the beach, reception staff spoke English, great food, great service, handy to shops, clean as a new pin
Cons: kettle in room to make a cup of tea in the morning would be nice
Location: walking distance to clubs if required, easy access by water taxi to old town Ibiza, facilities excellent both indoor and outdoor pools,
We stayed here for a week to attend wedding in another part of the island. Would thoroughly recommend it
