The property was spotless and clean towels every day but sleeping was difficult at night due to parties going on to early hours of the morning. Beautiful location right next to beach.

Looked a little run down and not that clean. My biggest complaint was that they charge to rent lounge chairs and umbrellas at the pool to guest who are staying there. I believe if you are a guest there those types of things should not be charged for. It is ridiculous price gouging!

Given how expensive the rooms are, we expected the room to be in a better condition. The furniture and the bathrooms are extremely old, with mould smell present in one bedroom. The bathrooms also had mould in the showers and we found hair in the towels provided by the hotel.

Rooms need an update. The room we stayed was so extremely laud impossible to sleep unless you pass out from alcohol or something. Beds were horrible. Not comfortable at all. Bed sheets were bad. Tried to have a coffee at restaurant took over 30 minutes for server to bring it and gave an attitude with it. Instead of bringing coffee she choose to have conversation with co-workers and set up few more table before working on coffee. Only good thing about the place is being close to the night club and bars.

Taxi Rank right out front, clean and 24 hour reception which was highly convenient. Felt safe when coming home alone as a young female as they had the lobby with a security guard after 11pm till 4am each night.

Excellent property. Directly in front of the beach and two pool areas. I didn't like that we had to pay 15 euro each day for the pool beds. I feel if we are buying drinks and paying for accommodation the guests shouldn't have to pay for pool beds

Hotel is ok… it’s in the club part of the island so keep that into consideration. Cleanliness is not a thing, the cleaning service don’t make beds, I had to ask for dish soap to wash dishes, and you’re lucky if you get a pillow.

Jet Ibiza was wonderful! Our apartment was cleaned daily, we had a lovely beachview, all amenities were close by, and it was an easy walk to all of the major clubs. We stayed here in late May, when it was a bit quieter, so June-August might be different as it would be busier. Loved it here!

I liked the convenience, it’s next to many clubs and restaurants and it’s on the beach! Our room was fairly clean until the ants started coming into our room. They were everywhere and was gross towards the end of our trip.

Comfortable room clean. Extortionate price for sun loungers 10 euros even at 2pm in the afternoon. I did wonder when we arrived who there were so many empty bed but that is the reason in my opinion. Cheaper price would sell more beds

Overpriced loud and dirty. I understand that day time it’s pool party and music around but to let drunk kids party cheesy techno music on balconies all night so no one can sleep it’s below appropriate any hotel in Ibiza! Stuff keeps to lie about every little thing. Firstly on the website it says all apartments comes with washing mashing- I had 5 bed master. There was none and even none in the whole building. Also there was no phone in my room so I could call reception- order food or taxi. Been told twice by the hotel stuff that phone has been placed in my room. No phone placed never, and girl by the desk asked me “ why do you need a phone for” Joke! Housekeeping only changes towels no bedsheets, don’t do dishwashing, but also they don’t provide any washing liquid or a sponge so you could do it yourself. After all there’s hundreds better hotels around for the same price. Do not recommend to anyone, in face should receive money back from missing facilities. I worked in hospitality for almost 15 years so I know the drill.

This is great hotel in a great location but it’s quite outdated. Owners shall invest a bit in modernising and improving it. If you like Ibiza and partying I’m this is the place to be.

Ibiza Jet Apartmentos is located on Bossa Beach, a busy and exciting area of Ibiza Town. In season, June to September, it will be very, very busy and full of exciting people. Out of season, October to May it will be pleasantly quiet and enjoyable. Easy beach walk, two pools in season

The property is old and its building needs refurbishment. When we arrived, the bedroom had not been cleaned properly (lots of dust under the beds) and the daily cleaning service was not good at all.

Property was good. The location was very good. Only thing we did not like about the property was they were charging us 10€ just to sit at the pool side. We were the guest of the same property.then too they were charging us for the same property we paid to stay for.. Not good.

You need a wrist band to get in to the apartments so you can have no guests, not even a single person is allowed to go back to your apartment. The staff behind the counter were rude and tried to rip us off when we needed an extended check out.
