This was the dirtiest hotel we had ever seen.

Posted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: We have no positive comments about the hotel.
The hotel was not in the same condition as the photos showed. Windows were broken out, screens were missing, and a car was missing tires and up on blocks in the parking lot. The carpets were filthy. The room had a horrible odor. After talking to the staff, we were offered the suite if we would stay. The carpet in the suite was dirty and "bubbled up." There was no way we were going to stay there. I wish I had taken time to read the reviews before calling to reserve a room.

Close to Yellowstone

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: The breakfast was excellent, the best on our trip, never ending food with lots of choices.
Cons: Bigger parking lot.
Location: Yellowstone was just a few miles away.
The hotel staff was polite and pleasant. The room was clean, nice, with comfortable beds. The WiFi was excellent.

Old and Warn but adequate

Posted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: I liked the fact that it was available when most other hotels were completely booked.
Cons: Maintenance on the building and facilities needs to be a priority
Location: Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks are couple of hours away.
The hotel is old and warn with places that need repair. Given that and the price it was still certainly adequate.

bad smell

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Lady at reception was acceptable.
Cons: The building is old so it may be enevitable about the bad smell.
Location: Idaho falls green belts
Smell is bad. Bed is large because it was queen. Breakfast is little.

What a dump! Do not bother staying here.

Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Bulldoze and make a parking lot.
Location: Idaho Falls is very nice! Pinecrest should not be listed on any reputable travel site.
Checked in, what a dump, totally filthy! Checked out and went somewhere else.

Dusty and dirty hotel.

Posted Jun 22, 2014
Pros: From Expedia
Cons: The hotel needs to be clean in the first place.
Hotel room didn't have bedding changed; there was hair in both beds from previous stay. They brought us clean bed sheets after complaining but didn't offer another room, so we had to "enjoy" a restroom without light. If you stay in this hotel, be ready for surprises.

Dated but comfortable

Posted May 25, 2014
Pros: Pleasant staff, comfortable clean rooms.
Cons: Fit and finish is rough -- worn carpets, worn paint, very old furnishings.
The web site should note that the hot tub/jacuzzi is closed for repairs, as this amenity is a big selling point and can be a big discouragement if visitors arrive with anticipation and find out it has been down for months.

The hotel was central for our shopping needs.

Posted May 24, 2014
Pros: That the place was near all our shopping needs.
Cons: The Inn is in desperate need of a total make-over.
Swimming pool was closed. Hot tub was closed. No coffee pot, fridg, or microwave in room. The pictures of Pincrest Inn on the web site are very misleading. The Inn doesn't look anything near as photographed.

Good room, friendly reception; the room was on ground floor- the lock was s little shotty on the back door and people walking passed was a little annoying, but was fine.
