Overnight stay for a wedding in Idaho Falls

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: The friendly staff, clean room, extra power outlets by the bed and usb recharging ports for my phone.
Location: As I was in town for a wedding and only there over night my time was limited. I did enjoy a nice walk in the morning along the river walk
I was checked in quickly and efficiently at the front desk. The other staff members I talked to were also friendly and helpful. When I was leaving my room I passed one of the maids cleaning rooms and she greeted me with a smile and thanked me for staying with them. I've never had this happen before. My room was immaculate ... kudos to the maid staff. They don't have an easy job. The hotel appears to be fairly new as the bedding/towels etc looked new. My room had a very comfortable king sized bed and a very nice chair that I relaxed in and watched TV from before bed. One thing I noticed that I liked was the multiple plug ins for power and also USB ports on the night stand between the bed and chair. Many hotels don't have this feature and I end up pulling the night stands out looking for outlets and have even unplugged the lamp before in order to plug my computer in and sit on the bed. I would stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

New and clean with free breakfast

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Clean, new rooms with wifi
Cons: Room over pool area picked up sound from pool below. The exercise room is too small and limited. Would be nice to have a patio with chairs outside poo
Location: Right off freeway but about 5 minutes from anything else
The indoor pool is small and has no access to outdoors. The workout room is small and equipment limited. The rooms are new and clean and include fridge and microwave. Free computer access and wifi. Right off of freeway and only a few minutes from downtown

very rude manager

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: Clean,but very plain
Cons: personnel
Location: off the interstate
Tried to check out a day earlier than expected due to plans in Idaho falls that suddenly changed. Was told that I had to get with expedia and request a refund, that there was nothing the hotel would do. Expedia said that was not the case and we should deal with the hotel. When my wife tried to seek assistance from the acting hotel manager, the woman would not work with her and slammed her office door. When I checked out the next morning, the same woman would not give me a receipt for our stay, saying she could not furnish one as I had booked it through expedia. This acting manager is extremely rude and we would never stay at a sleep inn again. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, especially along the river.

Nice stay

Posted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: see the above.
Cons: don't know.
Location: the town has a nice farmers market and park and waterfalls. Nearby is Grand Teton Mts and Park and Yellowstone.
This was the best of the places I stayed at this vacation. Really friendly service. Not only was there free breakfast but also complimentary homemade soup for supper. I also liked the artful presentation of the room. Really classy.

Trip West

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Location: While in the area we saw Craters of the Moon (very nice), the Nuclear Center, the Potato Museum, Jackson Hole, the Tetons, Yellowstone and Bearland.
Sleep Inn and Suites was a terrific choice for our trip. It was centrally located to the Tetons, attractions in Idaho and Yellowstone. It was also where we fly back home. The hotel provided a terrific breakfast with many choices and great fresh fruit. They also provided soup and salad in the evening....a very nice touch.

Everything in one place

Posted Jun 25, 2014
Not only do they have a serious breakfast, they have a delightful soup and salad dinner every night. Since there's no restaurant within a few blocks, the delicious food made the stay much more restful. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great facility, comfortable room, and good food.

We chose this motel because it was recommended on TripAdvisor. We weren't disappointed. Very clean, caring staff, great bed, super breakfast and quiet. We would highly recommend this motel would definitely stay here again.
