"Walk to subway, Centre of town."
Amazing. Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing facilities. Enjoyed it so much, spent one day just in the hotel. Daughter got sick during trip, manager made sure we got to a hospital with an English speaking doctor and called to make sure he was there. Will definitely return. Worth every penny.

"Luxurious refuge"
Loved this hotel and its classiness. We stayed in a suite which was just wonderful. The hotel shuttle bus was very efficient to get to station. And it ran exactly on time. We didn't use subway but it is located close by. We had a JR Rail Pass and so the only issue would be closeness to station as often we wanted to start out earlier than the bus schedule. However if you don't mind walking and a bit of exercise it wasn't that far. We didn't eat at the hotel as it looked a little expensive (it may not have been ) but there were plenty of options outside the hotel. Overall the hotel was so gorgeous and in a pleasant, quite area that I would definitely recommend it.

"Great hotel"
I go to Japan (Tokyo in particular) at least once every year. I'm not a big fan of staying in the busy areas of the city due to noise etc. Hotel Bellclassic happens to be in one of my most favorite areas to stay. It's quiet but not too out-of-the-way. It's a 1-2 minute walk from the JR Otsuka train station and about 5-10 minutes from Shin-Otsuka station, which gives you a couple of commute options. It's about an average of 30 minutes' train ride to most of the major tourist areas (if that's your thing). There is a convenience store right across the street, which is convenient (no pun intended). The JR station is also a kind of mini-mall. The hotel itself is bright and clean and pleasant. I stayed in a single room with a double bed, mini fridge, writing table, side table, desk chair and little sofa chair. It's a little small, like most hotel rooms in Japan, but enough room for a couple of small suitcases. I like that the bottled water in the fridge is free (replaced every day) and the amenities that are are full-sized so you actually have enough soap/shampoo to shower with. No wifi, but they provide an ethernet cable, which I used with my Airport Express with no problems. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I speak Japanese, so I can't tell you how well they communicate in English. All in all, a good experience. I have no complaints. One thing that may be of concern for some is that you can hear people in the hallway quite clearly. But it was mainly a very quiet hotel.

"Best Service I Have Ever Experienced"
We stayed at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo for three nights, en route from the US to visit our daughter, son-in-law, and grandaughter in Okinawa. The hotel facilities, grounds, and amenities were beautiful. What truly stood out, however, was the service. From the moment we arrived until we boarded the Airport Limousine to the Haneda Airport, every interaction with hotel staff was over the top in friendliness, courtesy, and in ensuring that our every need or desire was fully met. I have traveled to many countries, and have stayed in many fine hotels. The service at this hotel exceeded my expectations, and to this point, truly is the best service I have ever experienced.
