“Good small family-run hotel”
This is a good friendly small family-run hotel in an area where good hotels seem to be scarce. It justifies the good reviews we had read beforehand. The food (breakfast and dinner) is a strong point - some of the best we found in Greece. It's a 10-15 minute drive from Olympia. Disappointments were minor: A room on the side of the building with a view over the valley might be better, but the street side was not noisy or a problem. Some building works were underway, and the swimming pool was empty, but this was early April and did not affect us much. They are building extra rooms so the hotel will be bigger in due course. Bathroom (shower only) very well fitted but small. Rock-hard beds keep you awake but these are universal in Greece.
