“Wollongong mini apartment”

Clean, easy, spacious - in between and apartment and a hotel room - did not feel cramped - had a balcony with a bit of a view. Swam in the pool, had a suana and hot tub - great

“Great Hotel”

Perfect location to beach and city centre with a huge choice of restaurants on the doorstep. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and very good value for money. The best hotel on our three week trip along the coast from Melbourne to Sydney!

After the last hotel we booked online was such a let down, this really was a monumental leap forwards, i would stay here any time it was available. If you're thinking should i, shouldn;t i... you absolutely should!! Marvellous trip with a pleasant place to stay. 5/5

“Great place, location and value!”

Came down to wollongong for a couple nights at christmas time. We got a great rate to stay here. Location is very central to everything, facilities in the hotel are all there even though the gym, pool, spa and sauna are very basic. There were 2 minor issues, parking is a hassle. Both trying to find a spot and then the spaces were tiny which made it hard to get in and out of the car. The 2nd issue was the card/key for access everywhere. It just did not work 90% of the time. We seen other people with the same issue, especially trying to use the elevators it just becomes a pain and gets frustrating. Aside from that the 1 bed apartment was fully equipped, spacious and clean. Nice place to stay for a trip to wollongong.

Apart from check in and the security cards not working very well in lift and access to and from undercover parking, everything else was great.

“What you see is not you pay”

Very pleasant hotel in a pretty good location. The room was very well equipped with all the necessary furniture and more. I wish I had made a note of the names of the two front desk clerks we encountered. One of them was very helpful and spent ample time telling us about all the different things to do and see in the city. The one that checked us in, unfortunately, was not the best choice for hospitality business. Being from North America, it is taking us a little getting used to the many things that are not part of the room rate, especially the internet service. We stayed in four different hotels in our travels in Australia and every one of them charged us around $20 on top of the room rate for internet! It is inconceivable to have a four or even a three star hotel in North America charge extra for internet. The same goes for credit card recovery fees. We have never paid this kind of fee back home but seems to be common in Australia. These minor "irritant" could be expected in budget hotels but not in good quality hotels, and that is unfortunate. , parking, and so on. The country is fantastic and people are lovely and that is why we keep coming back.

“a great place to stay”

We stayed in a studio apartment; very nice and plenty of room for two people, we wished we could of stayed longer. It is situated amongst many restaurants and only 2 blocks to the beach. While it had a kitchenette the only implement to cook with was a microwave and a toaster. Overall though a great place to stay!

“Great Break”

Was a perfect place to get away for the weekend. Hotel was extremely central to plenty of great restaurants and cafes. Beach was a short stroll down the road and weather was awesome. Rooms are great with fridge, microwave and pay tv in them all. Only problem was the bed, not very comfortable as it sunk in the middle. Overall though a very enjoyable stay and I will definitely go back
