Excellent location , Walking distance to local cafes, restaurants and shops. Very happy with the Hotel.

Pros: Spacious and gorgeous room
Cons: They forgot to put the room service menu in the room so we missed out on a midnight snack through ignorance!

Pros: Location.
Cons: Noisy air conditioner and being "upgraded" which was a euphemism for "we don't have what you booked so we are going to give you what we have lef.
Location: Close to everything
Facilities: you just get a small room; Value: Exorbitant; Cleanliness: Spotless; Although the room was very narrow and over the entrance to the garage, it did look good.

Pros: The location is the best thing about the Sebel. It is directly across from Kiama Harbour.
Cons: The food at the bistro seemed dry and overcooked.
Location: Outstanding
Facilities: Good; Value: Acceptable price; Service: Professional; Cleanliness: Immaculate; Kiama is a lovely little town and the Sebel is a great place to stay to experience it.
