Very decent hotel with outstanding staff. Reception (Yasmine and Thierry) and restaurant staff (Victoria) have been very helpful and always try to go the extra mile for their guests.

The hotel is well located near plenty of dinning, shopping areas. Rooms were large. Compared with your typical European hotels.

Good hotel with a family in Rennes
Parking should be free for customers! Our kids loved this hotel, pool and hamman was lovely, room amazing but very hot!!! Even with air con. Coffee making facilities in room needs decaff option and real cups. Check in and out was easy and very friendly staff, nice breakfast too! Close to great restaurants!!! Easy to walk to old town.

Overall a decent hotel
Lovely hotel generally and a great selection for breakfast. Would have been nice to have used the spa, however this was a business trip so there was no time. Excellent location close to the train station. My only complaint was that the bedding had been put on inside out, so I had to re-do it and the washing powder used made the bedding feel very cheap and starchy.

Convenient location near train station, nice little pool, decent breakfast buffet and friendly, helpful receptionist. It was really hot while we were in Rennes, so the air con was also very welcome. This hotel worked really well for a one-night stay before catching the train the next morning.

Not the best, room okay, noisy street outside at night. air con quite noisy. Shower wet the whole floor as the door didn’t close tight and there was no mat. Breakfast okay, not everything was topped up on the buffet. Spa was good but no one around to ask about a drink etc.

After à long day of excursions the room felt so right just like coming home ! Very confortable, nice decor, huge bathroom I could not have asked for better. Since I had to leave before the restaurant opened its doors at 6:30 AM every morning to go on my excursions I never had à chance to try their breakfast.

Only stayed one night. Access through Rennes is difficult - not the fault of the hotel but a fact nonetheless. Food was good but seemed expensive even by Novotel standards. If I had to stay in Rennes again, would happily stay at the Novotel but in all honesty, for our purposes, would probably stay outside of Rennes if possible.

Comfortable hotel. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Fabulous breakfast. So much choice, it's quite overwhelming! Room came with coffee/tea making facilities. Nice walk-in shower room and comfortable bed.

Somehow Disappointed.
Picture of room displaying on Expedia is not the same as reality! Completely different! a little disappointing really. The hotel is good and clean, I like it, just please post real pictures of the real rooms since this is could be misleading. The real room is much less quality than the one on Expedia.

We wanted to visit Mt St. Michelle and Novotel was perfect, it is located a couple of blocks from the train and bus stations and walking distance to the center of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and they have a good and generous breakfast. I recommend this hotel

We love this hotel! Our room was a good size and ultra modern. Lovely linen and fluffy towels. The bed was big and comfortable. The added bonus is the swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room, just what you need after a day exploring the town. With parking at the rear of the hotel, it just ticks all the boxes for us.
