“Convienent to Incheon/Seoul Airport”

The hotel was conviently located close to the airport and service to and from the airport was quick and easy. The service was excellent and English was spoken by everyone at the front desk and in the restaurant. The wireless internet in the lobby was very nice; it would have also been nice in the rooms. THe computers available for internet use were a bonus.

“Great overnight stay”

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, good sized room & comfortable bed w very nice Korean breakfast for 2 included w free shuttle... a great place for our overnight stay!

“At Incheon Airport”

Good quality hotel close by airport. Rooms rather small but a good value. Lots of restaurants close by. Would recommend for someone needing a clean place to stay for overnight.

“Good option for ICN but expensive restaurant”

Hotel with fair price and very convinient for those staying in ICN for more than 12 hrs. Negative surprise on the price of restaurant for meal and breakfast.

“Hotel is OK for stop over in ICN”

I recommend this hotel during stop over of more than 12 hrs in Incheon. Only issue was the staff during the check out, the recepcionist was very rude in the morning. The shuttle bus service was very convinient and good.

“Breakfast food expensive and not very good”

The Hotel by itself was very nice. The food service inside the hotel was very expensvie. For a very simple breakfast buffet with food that was as plain as could be the price was a little over $19 (USD) per person. They had a big spread but not one item we tried stood out as great or even above average. Most of the food including the eggs were below average.

“Shift manager went beyond the call of duty”

The shift manager personally took me to Incheon Airport (5 minute drive) to pick up my wife as I had not noticed that they had changed the pickup point of the shuttle bus.

The cafe menu was too limited. The front desk people were helpful and courteous!

“Quick, easy and no fuss”

Everything was clean and we were pleased with the facilities etc, except we were disappointed there was no wifi in the hotel room.
