Construction. Small room. Staff unfriendly to Hotels.com bookers. Convenient location to Amkor K3. Nice bed.

I was in Seoul for convention and was very satisfied with hotel location and service. It's 5-10 min drive or Taxi to Convention Expo center, but price-wise it beats all hotels located closer (walking distance ones).

우리 아들의 돌잔치가 인천에 있어서..경북구미에 계시는 어머니와 누나들 그리고 조카들이 먼길을 달려 온다길래 처가가 인천이라서 근처에 좋은 호텔이 없을까 '호텔스닷컴' 으로 찾아보다가. 카리스호텔을 보고 처음에 외관은 오래된듯 보여서 조금 망설였지만, 거리나 가격대가 맘에 들어서 예약을 했는데, 정말 뜻밖의 귀인을 만났습니다. 어르신이랑 같이 오셨으니. 제일 좋은 방으로 업그레이드 시켜주시겠다고, 해주셔서, 방도 넓게 쓰고, 이것저것 다 편안하게 해주셔서 어머니와 누나들이 참 잘 지내다 간다고 좋아하셨어요..다시한번 감사드려요. 나중에 또 이용할 기회있으면 카리스 이용할게요..

I went down to the Chinese restaurant ( only restaurant in the hotel) around 1 p.m. and told the waiter, actually he was the only person at the restaurant at the time, that I wanted to make dinner reservation for 8 people. I was told that I was supposed to make a reservation one day in advance and no room was available for that night. About one hour later, I called the front desk and asked whether there is any way that I can make a dinner reservation for that night. I was connected to the restaurant personell and this time I was able to make a reservation. Later when I went to the restaurant for dinner, restaurant was emply and we were only cutomer ther for the entire time. It is still a mystery why I was told that the restaurant was full for that day. My reservation was for 7:30 p.m.
