“Wonderful Experience”

We were picked up by the hotel's shuttle at the airport, which runs every 15 minutes. Two minutes later we were greeted by the hotel staff with smiles, graciousness and attentiveness. There was a confusion with our hotel reservation, but a room was given to us in short order. Our luggage was brought up to our room about 5 minutes after we, ourselves, opened the door. The room was immaculate and stylish. Minibar (for additional cost) was available, as well as a beautiful tea service. The bathroom was spaceous and clean. We had breakfast in the lovely restaurant which provided a person's every need. We were able to check our luggage for our next flight with Korean Air right at the hotel instead of carrying it with us back to the airport on the shuttle. Service was at a very high standard.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Incheon as a stop over between Sydney and London. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff are extremely attentive and hotel amenities and restaurant is of a standard most people dream to find.

Used the hotel as an overnight stop enroute to Daejeon the next day. The shuttle bus service from the airport to hotel is quick (few minutes), reliable, and easy to find.

If you need to stay at Incheon Airport, then this is the place to do it. A Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes AND there is also a regular bus onwards to the Domestic Airport

“Very Nice”

I have stayed here twice now and will stay again on my next visit. I need to overnight here prior to flying to Russia. I have stayed at one other airport hotel in this area and was disappointed. The shuttle bus to the other hotel was a mini-van that I was crammed into with a load of other passengers. Upon arrival I checked into my room only to find it already occupied. It took over an hour to get checked into my room. Not what I was looking forward to after flying in from the U.S. I had no such problems at the Hyatt Incheon. Everything was perfect. The staff were extremely courteous, the room comfortable, and the onsite restaurant is top notch. I did no touring while here so I cannot say about local doings, but for an relaxing overnight stay I highly recommend this hotel.

Close to airport and friendly staff. Good shuttle transportation. The spa and pool are nice to relax after travel. Great breakfast buffet.

When I booked the hotel through Expeida I requested two non-smoking king rooms on a low floor. When I got there they only had smoking kings on the low floors so they offered me an upgrade to their premium floor. That was nice. They also have a Korean Air check-in counter right in the lobby so you can get a boarding pass and drop off your bags before you go the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport runs every 15 minutes. The restaurant is very good and offers a wide verity of dishes, but it's ruinously expensive. Unfortunately, they don't have a gift shop with anything useful in it. If you want aspirin you need to go across the street to the minimart.
