Spent the Night between Long FlightsPosted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: The staff, beds, and other facilities were all good.
Cons: Not much.
Location: There is a 7-11 behind the hotel and several restaurants, including a good bibimbap place, nearby. Just came for the airport, not activities.
As a family of four, with the children both very young, finding a perfect hotel would be impossible. However, with a crib ready and plenty of room inside, it did as well as any hotel I've been to would have. Keeping the tub and shower separate is a good feature at any hotel. The staff were always professional and lent us umbrellas as it began to rain. The neighborhood has necessities, but the hotel has shampoo and the rest of your expected toiletries. The only problem this had was that it was easy for our toddler to open the doors to the bathrooms; however, hotels are not designed to be childproof, and we kept a good eye on her. We look forward to staying there again when flying through Incheon!

Nice hotel with reasonable pricePosted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Location close to restaurant and the place is clean
Cons: renovating the old plumbing.
Location: Close to good restaurant
the hotel room was older but clean. They kept and maintain it well. The place close to restaurant, lots of good food to eat nearby. Try kyochon fried chicken, its the rave now. Location was 10 minutes away drive from the airport, the hotel shuttle was available for pick up and drop off. Very good hotel to stay.

Convenient for airportPosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Proximity to airport. Comfortable room
Cons: More frequent shuttles to airport
Location: Plenty of places to eat around hotel and convenience stores.
Three of us stayed one night in a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Staff were helpful although the desk was unmanned when we returned in the evening after dinner. There are plenty of places very nearby to eat, mainly local Korean cuisine and an Italian restaurant called Paul. The room was quiet. We were only there as it was convenient for the airport and an early morning flight the next day for which it is ideal, otherwise it is not particularly an area for tourists to visit as it away from Incheon city itself and Seoul. There is a hotel shuttle but it only leaves on the hour so we took a taxi which cost 10,000 Korean won and takes about 15 minutes. There is a small breakfast room but we did not try it as we planned to eat at the airport, but it is vast so it is better to eat at one of the coffee shops before going through security as once inside it was difficult to find somewhere for a a simple coffee and pastry without a lot of walking around.

Great place to spend a layoverPosted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: The staff, the cleanliness.
Location: There is a little town/village area. There are restaurants and some shops but it is not really a touristy place. There are some menus in English.
We spend 12-13 hours on layover in Seoul on a regular basis on the way back to the USA. We have stayed at the Hotel Queen 2 times and really think it is great. They pick you up at the airport, give you a clean quiet room and get you back to the airport, no muss, no fuss. The staff is really friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Good, well-priced hotel in convenient locationPosted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Clean and very good service for the price; convenient location; firm mattresses
Cons: You need to call the hotel on arrival to book the shuttle and there is no free phone so you need currency to use a public phone, can be a hassle
Location: The hotel is located bout 10 minutes drive from the airport in an area filled with local eateries and a few Western brands so no shortage of food. I w
A very straight-forward and satisfactory experience. I stayed overnight to break the journey from France back to NZ and was travelling alone with my 7 months old, which I had mentioned at the time of booking. Hotel Queen provided a free upgrade to a larger room, the crib was ready when I checked in and they offered complimentary late check-out to suit my departure time. The room was clean, large and nice enough. The window gave on a street and could be opened for some fresh air which was nice as room temperature in Korean hotels is set by the hotel and air conditioning is not operational in summer. Once the window and shutters were closed, the room was very quiet so baby had a good sleep. The staff was helpful and friendly. I travel this route every year or so and will probably make a stop at the Queen a part of the journey from here on.

So convenient and a pleasure to stay atPosted Jun 14, 2014
Pros: Staff were lovely and the room was clean and spacious.
Cons: It's a bit dated with having to use the desk computer to get online, but if I was still a backpacker I would be more than happy with that.
Location: It is a busy neighbourhood with other airport hotels, so many people speak english and although we couldn't eat anymore, there were many restaurants.
We arrived tired after a long trip and flight with 2 small children and were surprised at the desk with an upgrade to a family room. The concierge was very nice and helpful and made us feel very welcome. So spacious, and I was quite happy with the cleanliness after our last stay in an Australian hotel.. Every single person we had dealings with from airport to shuttle to hotel were so delighted with our children and we cannot wait to visit South Korea again. So family friendly. We will stay here again next time we do the same layover. TIP - just ask at the help desk at the airport and they will dial the hotel for you to arrange the shuttle.
