Super nice surprise!Posted Nov 4, 2013
Cons: It would have been nice to have a second bathroom...and a blender.
Location: We were there for two days and only interested in beach time! We did drive to Clearwater Beach one day.
When we arrived, we were surprised with an upgrade to an Intracoastal waterfront condo for no extra charge. Our condo was super cute, clean and very efficiently stocked. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes. We will definitely return.

Great condo on intracoastal waterway.Posted Oct 31, 2013
Pros: Like being at home.
Location: For lunch or dinner, Salt Rock Grill is right next door. Shopping 4 miles south in John's Pass Village, Madeira Beach.

This place is a GEM!Posted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: Location, cleanliness, comfortable.
Cons: The air conditioner was a little noisey and the clocks needed new batteries.
Location: Across the street from beach access, 3 mi from Seminole PaArk access to Pinellas Trail. Close to miniature golf, water sport rentals.
We feel we found a hidden treasure! This resort has a great location - easy access to beach, walked to Salt Rock Grill for late night dinner and drinks, 3 mi to access to Pinellas Trail. Our unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. So pleased with everything! We hope to return soon!

Last Summer VacationPosted Aug 19, 2013
Pros: Fishing access, beach access, full kitchen
Cons: Check out time could be later than 10am.
Location: John's Pass is a close trip, plenty of great restaurants close by. I loved the fishing access being by the pool to watch the kids.
I was very pleased with out stay. It was very nice having the full kitchen and the fishing dock right around from our room. The pool was clean and not over crowded. Beach access was very nice as well. The beds were a little firm for me but that is a personal choice not reflecting on the resort. On the way home, we were already discussing our next trip back.

Nice AreaPosted Jul 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
Condo was very nice has Wi-FI with no additional charges. Needs some updates on TV only one TV in one of the bedrooms. Room E104 had a bad living room TV which was never replaced has loud squeel which they left card and said sorry its old needs to be replaced but did not replace. The beds were alittle uncomfortable due to a vinyl bed covering and queen size in two bedroom. All fully furnished just need food to fill refrigerator.. Nice restuarant next door. Everything else about a mile away.

DisappointingPosted Jun 30, 2013
Location: Indian Shores Coffee just south, walking distance, was fabulous and great sandwiches. Loved The Conch restaurant. Didn't like Crabby Bills.
Sand on the floor and inside the clothing drawers. When I tried to clean it with the vacuum provided in the condo, the bag was full. Went to the office for help and they wouldn't do a thing. So I spent part of my first day on vacation cleaning! While the office was helpful with recommendations nearby, they were not customer service oriented with my stay. Want to print your airline ticket? Costs $1 per page! We went to the nearby library instead. Also, the office is closed after 5pm and on weekends, so if you need to reach someone you have to call the emergency number. The bed was fine for me, but my husband hated it. We didn't use the pull out, but by the looks of it, I can't imagine it was in good shape. All the drawers in the bedrooms were loose and didn't function well. My family stayed at other condos where their porch was covered so you could sit outside if it rained (which it does a lot). Our porch was not covered and so we spent no time outside on our porch to watch the rain storms roll by (which are beautiful to watch). By the way, we stayed at the Barefoot Beach Resort in Indian Shores, room D113.

Wonderful part of the Sandy Beaches area...Posted Jun 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is our 2nd year staying here. This year the condo was nice, however it was not as nice as the prior year. Since each condo is individually owned it is up to the owner to perform maintenace upkeep. Mainly it was beat up, or showing some repairs that needed to be made. The glass showers doors were no longer there, as they must of broken, so they hung a shower curtain there. OK, except for the fact it was too long and laid on the shower floor. So that can't be "cleaned' very well. Not very attractive either. When I opened the shower there was someone else's hair in the old door track as well. A lot of the dishes were put away dirty, so they had to be re-washed in order to use. However, despite this, we still love this place. Love the location. It is extremely quiet and family friendly. The beach is across the street and this part of Gulf Blvd is very nice and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone looking at Indian Shores/Indian Rocks area.

not on the beachPosted Jun 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was lead to think we would be ON the beach, we actually were across the highway and there was "beach access" ..... the office staff was rude when I asked for more washcloths. They only provided 4 of us with 4 washcloths and were were there for 3 nights ! Good things we brought our own. They had pay-washers but the rules prevented us from washing THEIR towels and washcloths in the coin laundry. The condo was OK - but not really big enough for 4 people. The pull-out sleeper sofa was unbelievably uncomfortable so I ended up sleeping on the floor. I will NEVER go back to that place again. The only thing nice about it was the pool, even though it was a long walk, and the last day were were there it filled up with teenagers that walked off the beach and weren't even staying at the resort.

Best of both "worlds"Posted Jun 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Nice accommodations. Staff was very friendly. Cross the street to go to the beach, on the hotel side you could fish from the intracoastal or if you have a boat you could dock right there. Close to everything, nice neighborhood. Will return.
