Decent hotel. Across street from the beach.Posted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: staff and room
Cons: little flies in the kitchen could be eliminated
Location: plenty of things to do: beach combing, exploring the gulf strip by car. good restaurants...
Staff was very friendly. Beach access directly across the street. bus / trolly access directly actoss the street. The room suite was good for the price but the view from balcony was poor.

Excellent StayPosted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: Easy access - A travelers delight. Close to the beach.
Cons: We would like to see the canal water be kept a little better. At low tide there was a terrible smell and could not sit at the pool comfortably.
Location: The location was convenient to the major roadway and very easy access to the beach.
We had a very please experience. Loved the deck in the back facing the Inter coastal and the availability of grills and tables and chairs was great.

Nice little hotel by the beachPosted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: The studio room not only had a nice shower but a whirlpool bath tub which was nice
Cons: If anything could be better u would say the beds could've had
Location: There are bars walking distance to the left and right of you also there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat.
The place was wonderful and in walking distance to everything. The beach access is literally across the street. We were fortunate enough to get a room right on the water (which faces the canal not the beach) but just as beautiful. The doors are made of glass and the wall is pretty much a giant window so you can open the blinds and see the sunrise which was breath taking. It's was a very quiet and pleasant stay

Across the street from a gorgeous beach!Posted Oct 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was a nice place to stay. Very spacious. We had to call to get our key after 6 pm but not too big of deal. The A/C didn't get very cool in our bedroom even though the rest of the condo was freezing. The bathroom flooded when we took showers but that could have been because the curtain needed lowered. Little things though in comparison to the great location on the inter-coastal and just a short walk across the street to a gorgeous beach! Very friendly office staff in the morning during check out let me stay an hour late to enjoy a little longer!

Lots of space across the street from the beachPosted Sep 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
My husband and I stayed here for three nights in September. The staff was super friendly and, even though we arrived early, allowed us to check in before check in time! Awesome! The room was huge, with a fill size living room / dining room, a good size kitchen with all the necessities, a bathroom with two vanities, and good size bedroom. The décor was very "Florida," with wicker, and beach fabrics. The kitchen had pots, pans, silverware, glassware, etc. It even had a box grater! I will say some of the fixtures were a little dated, and the light fixture in the bathroom had some rust on it. There was a balcony in our room, but it only had a towel rack and a small cheap white plastic chair on it. Not a place to have your morning coffee. The grounds of the hotel were nice, the Tiki area was great, with a full size grill and several tables with thatched umbrellas. We saw a dolphin swim by while relaxing there one morning! The hotel is super close to a public access point to the beach, its about a one block walk from the hotel. The beach was clean and quiet, not too many people. We did have to drive to get food, as there is only one plaza in walking distance to the hotel. But having the kitchen meant we could bring home leftovers to heat up the next day. Parking was free and we never had any issues finding a spot. Overall it was a great stay!

The only issue was that the outside lights shine in the room, and the curtains do not shut them out adequately. Otherwise great.

Older but very clean and large roomsPosted Sep 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
If you are looking for extensive amenities, this is not the place for you. However, it was very clean and the suite was quite large with a very big kitchen/dining room/living room area. It's across the street from the beach and it is also on the intercoastal waterway. Pool is small but nice. It does provide wifi and also has one computer with printer for guest use. Very reasonable rate and the cleanliness and size of the rooms in the suite contributed to our satisfaction.
