The room had a damp musty smell to it. The band/bar area was loud past 12:30 and it was difficult to fall asleep. Basic TV channels were not available.

Awesome place... patio pool area is awesome with plenty of room for gathering. Bar area adjacent to pool area and very inviting and friendly. Had karioke the night we were there. Front desk clerk was super friendly and made us feel at home!

The employees were extremely nice and helpful. Otherwise it was issues. The pool was a little dirty. The bathroom shower had some mold on the wall. What we thought was the electrical outlet, it was the phone line outlet, was pulled from the wall and laying on the floor. The electrical outlet was directly beind the bed and the alarm clock kicked off and on everytime we moved on the bed. Their was no internet access in the room it dropped off right inside the door. The deadbolt kicked out everytime we opened the door. Also to shut the door it had to be slammed. The parking lot is a mess. The breakfast which you pay for is so so.

If you’re looking for cleanliness this hotel may not be the pick but if you’re looking for a fun pool and kid area then this is great! The kids had a blast. The pizza was awesome. The parents beers by the pool were much needed!

The first room I was given had bed bugs. I took pictures and provided them to the front desk. They gave me a new room but I could not sleep the whole night worried that bugs were going to crawl in the bed with me… There’s a restaurant in the hotel. The front desk suggested to get some food there. I arrived 25 minutes before the kitchen was closing. When I tried to order, I was told it was too late. I wouldn’t have been that late if I didn’t have to change rooms but just added to the whole terrible experience.

We stayed here for Groundhog Day in Punxsutawney and were extremely pleased. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice. The property amenities were explained to us at the front desk and they offered to show us anything we needed to find. Our room key cards had an issue and the gentleman at the front desk quickly re-coded them and kindly said if the keys didn't work that time he would be right up to fix it. The lobby was welcoming with a seating area and coffee/tea. The pool area was unique and provided not only a swimming option, but there were also tables and places to sit and relax after a busy day. Downtown Indiana, PA is only a five minute drive down the road. There you will find a variety of food and dining options, an old time theater, and the Jimmy Stewart Museum. We were very satisfied with our overall experience!

The room smelled awful. The noise level was ridiculous. I had to wait 10 min for the shower to get hot. I had to slam the room door for it to properly close. The entire hair dryer fell off the wall. The bathroom could not have been smaller. This place needs remodeled HORRIBLY. Oh- and the restaurant food and service were terrible.

We stayed here for the indoor pool. But it was too cold to use, we had no water pressure and the water was very cloudy and finally the last straw was discovering bed bugs in our bed. Totally grossed out. Manager on duty stated all hotels have bed bugs but that was a 1st for me! Never again

We stayed in the one and only suite at the property. It is dated but set up really nice! Didn’t hear anything all night and the jacuzzi tub was awesome! Really impressed with it. I wish they had more than one. Also all staff that we dealt with from the ladies at the desk to the bartender were super nice and helpful!

The staff member who checked us was so patient, kind, and just an absolute gem! I wish I would have gotten her name so I could highlight her specifically because it was such genuine positive hospitality. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was AMAZING (I never want to get pretzels and beer cheese anywhere else) with prices that were more than reasonable. The courtyard area is beautiful and my daughter loves the pool! Cons: rooms are definitely a little outdated and ours wasn't the cleanest (nothing too bad, the toilet just could've used a scrub) and it took about 10-minutes for the water to heat up in the shower which by that point we had come to terms with taking a cold shower. We had a balcony room above the courtyard and I was very excited for the 10:00pm pool closure because the echoing was SO loud in our rooms. Overall a great stay, it was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and this year was better than last year; now I just hope they get some things updated - but nothing that we wouldn't come back because of!

The first room had huge stains all over the carpet, so I was moved to another room. The second room had some stains, but not so bad. The bathroom door had major chipped paint. There were strong odors as well.The rooms need updating. After talking to the cleaning lady, she did go out of her way to clean thoroughly in the rooms we stayed in.

This hotel needs major updates. Paint carpet, etc. The first room had huge stains all over the carpet. Moved to another room and there were some stains, but not as bad. There was also an odor. Paint had chipped all the way down the bathroom door. I probably would not stay again.

This was part of a 2 night stay but two different bookings. The cleanliness of our room was terrible. There were air fresheners underneath of furniture. The chair in the room was so stained there were outlines on it from watermarks drying. The paint was peeling everywhere. I’m assuming this room does not get used often. It was attached to the iup room? We left for the day and when we came back the smell of fumes was so heavy it was horrible. The front desk sprayed room spray? It didn’t do anything. We also took our son to play games by the pool and the race game ate his money. We told the maintenance guy but he just closed it up and didn’t do anything. Outside of convenience to iup I would not stay here again. I used my points and feel like it was a complete waste. Personally you’re better off spending more or staying away further than booking somewhere this dirty for that much.
