Southeast Indianapolis Baymont HotelPosted Nov 5, 2013
Pros: The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We always appreciate having a refrigerator and microwave in the room as we did here.
Location: There is a Mcdonalds and a convience gas station/store next to the hotel. But just one mile up the loop at the next exit are numerous restaurants.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful room that was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than most.

Worth FindingPosted Oct 31, 2013
This is the second time I have stayed at this particular hotel. Check in was speedy as there was no others in front of me. The initial room we were assigned smelled of cigarette smoke. We were immediately assigned a new room. After unpacking our swimsuits, we used the pool area. The room temperature (hard frost that night) and water was cooler than I my wife and I are accustomed to, so we did not stay as long swimming as we did the time before. Upon returning to the room, we attempted to watch the world series. However, the TV did not work. The desk clerk offered us another room, but by then we were settled in, so we opted not to move. The next morning the desk clerk offered a complementary night's stay in a whirlpool room the next time we were in town. And the world series game? Well, let's just say our watching would not have changed the outcome. Would I stay again? Yes, if I was able to get the same Expedia 24 hour pricing that I did for both my stays.

Great Stay!!Posted Oct 27, 2013
Pros: Location was close to I-70, and specifically in an area where we felt safe. The parking was open, food areas were close. Had an indoor pool.
Cons: Breakfast was good , but would have enjoyed some eggs of some kind along with the bisquits & gravy...Am I picky, or what?
Location: Location wasn't in a run down, congested, dark location, where you look over your shoulder getting out of your car. Well lighted parking area.
We were traveling thru from Arkansas to Pennsylvania. We have stopped in Indianapolis before at other hotels. This Baymont was conveniently located to I-70, Clean, Comfortable, and accepted pets. We really enjoyed our stay there, and hopefully will stay there on our trip home.

Nice pet friendly hotelPosted Oct 22, 2013
Pros: The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and the hotel is pet friendly!
Location: My husband and I aren't too familiar with Indy, but there were places to go and things to do all over. Took us 10 minutes to get to certain places.
My husband and I stayed here for a few nights for a little honeymoon stay. The room we had included a jet tub for two, and we were able to bring along our dog. It was so relaxing just being able to stay in our room and enjoy our own jet tub. The free continental breakfast was more than we expected, and very enjoyable. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous as well. There are plenty of places to visit in surrounding areas, and this hotel is only about 10-15 minutes away from downtown Indy and Greenwood. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel!

Nice facilityPosted Oct 17, 2013
Location: Several gas stations and fast food sites nearby, but nothing to write home about.
Room was nice, clerk was friendly and helpful, and the overall condition of the hotel was above average. I am glad I had the address in my GPS as I don't think I would have seen the sign from the freeway. One glitch was that the reservation was not in the system and the clerk had to call someone (perhaps Expedia) to confirm my reservation, even though I had my confirmation printout. Glad I printed it off and took it as I usually don't. There was also a guy using quite a large high speed drill in concrete on the main floor next to the hallway going to rooms. This was at 7:00 p.m. His work was loud. Glad I was not on the first floor. The room was clean and the bed comfortable with enough space to open our suitcases without them being in the way. The heater/AC didn't work as I would have wanted it to work. When I asked the desk how to make it stay on, the clerk indicated that because the temperatures were getting cooler, the AC temperature had to be set lower than what I wanted in order for the AC to work. She thought it was odd, too.
