Would not be my first choice!

Pros: The 24 hour pool for adults was nice!
Cons: Customer Service.
Location: Indianapolis was a very nice city to visit. Was pleasantly surprised!
We were at the hotel for a three night stay.First night, Cable wasn't working. We told the staff and left. When we returned and she said it was working and the TV was on when we entered the room. Our entire stay the remote never worked. Had to figure out how to manually turn on and off the TV along with the volume control. Also, when we returned for our second night from being out our room hadn't been touched. No made beds, clean towels or restock of coffee and Kleenex or toilet paper. The front desk person was very apologetic and said we were the 2nd person to complain about this. She offered to come make the bed but we were going to bed so that was not necessary. We went for a swim and picked up the towels and coffee etc. I will also add that it was dirty around the hot-tub.

AWESOME showers!

Posted Aug 11, 2014
When I walked into the hotel, I saw the pool, which had a wheelchair lift! Liked it immediately, because I know many people who could enjoy the pool because of this lift! Then I saw dog treats, which made me like it more! The front desk staff was very friendly. Finally, in the morning, I took a shower. Not only could you control your temperature and pressure separately, but it was also like being in a hot tub, with the jets of water massaging you! GREAT HOTEL!

My husband and I were moving across the country to our new military base and this hotel was so nice and clean! The bed was HUGE and really comfortable. The breakfast was great, the hotel was clean, and the staff was excellent!

Well maintained and clean

Cons: The breakfast was not great...liked the fresh fruit and waffles but not great otherwise.
Location: We were in town for the Brickyard 400 NASCAR race in Speedway.
I thought the motel was nice and a good value for the money. Despite being close to the interstate, we did not hear traffic.

We stopped at this hotel on our drive to and from MI to Kansas City. This was a great place to stay- easy access to the freeway, close to a gas station and had a wonderful (and clean) indoor pool area. The rooms were clean and neat and our interaction with the hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast was pleasing with fruit, cereal, waffles, yogurt, scrambled eggs, link sausage, biscuits and gravy, coffee, and breakfast breads. We originally had booked this hotel for just the drive up to MI, but we had such a good stay, we booked it for the return trip as well. I would stay there again!

Vacation Stay

Pros: We loved the pool and the Hot Tub.
Location: We visited the Indianapolis Zoo, the Children's Museum of Indianapolis, the Hard Rock cafe of Indianapolis, and we took a guided tour of the Speedway.
My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the Hot Tub and the pool. We were pleasantly surprised at the variety of breakfast items that were available as the free "continental" breakfast.

Good until my truck got broken into

Posted Jun 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
I booked a room for 3 days. The day I was supposed to check in I got held up with work and called to let them know it would be well after midnight before I arrived and wanted to make sure they wouldn't give my room away. Amber was very nice, but informed me that they had sold out of the room I had booked, which was a standard with 2 double beds. She said she could upgrade me to a king suite for no extra charge if that would work for me. The room was very big and clean and came with a jacuzzi which was a plus. The hotel is very clean and modern and I thought was in a good, quiet, safe area. That was until the morning I checked out and found my truck had been broken into. It was parked in front, pretty close to the main entrance and directly under one of the parking lot lights. When I told the lady at the front desk and asked if they could look at the security cameras, she just said that she didn't know if they could do that, but would leave a note for the manager. I would stay here again, but next time I will make sure I take absolutely everything out of my truck and into my room.
