I would like to clear few things since you assumed front desk was talking in foreign language when you checked in I was the one who was working front desk and yes I was on a call with a toss-it mini bins who supply dumpster to us during renovation process. Yes my call was on speaker and as a guest you heard the conversation which was in English language which is not a foreign language. I’ll be more than happy to provide my call details to prove my statement. Just because a brown skin was working desk it can not be assumed that conversation was in a foreign language and since I was on a call when you guys checked in I even apologized for taking on a phone when you guys entered lobby. Secondly what was wrong with folding towels at front desk? The area where I was folding towels was well wiped off with sanitizer I can provide video recording if needed proof. 1 pm late check out was given as a courtesy where most of the hotels check out is 11am. We have to be selective with late check outs as we have to check house keepers hours as well but I guess since our flight was late in evening it was hotels fault. Kids were running in hallways since it was a FFA week a little bit research would have helped but as soon as we got complained for one and only one room all kids were quite and there was no more noise after 10pm. Rest assured if you assumed since front desk was different color was talking in foreign language we cannot do much but think just feel pity for people who carry mentality like this.
