“Enjoyable Stay, Definitely a Returning Guest”

Was in town for the convention and didn't get to see my room until late at night. This was after seeing my friend's room (which they paid 3 times what we paid) which was located downtown next to the Convention center and I was hoping my room would at least be half of what they had. I was surprised and very pleased when I found that my room was not only bigger, but also just overall nicer. Jacuzzi tub, plenty of room so you didn't feel stifled, and a very accommodating staff. It was a shame I didn't take advantage of the pool or breakfast but I will once I return next year. If you are in town for the Convention center or the stadium games, my suggestion would be to get a room at this Best Western. It's about a 17 minute or so drive and well worth paying less and getting more than saving yourself a little drive.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this Best Western. We had to extend our stay a few days and the price was a few dollars more than our booking through Expedia. We assumed the increase was normal at the holiday season and the cost was still below other hotels in the area. The hotel is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants - very convenient. Hotel staff was polite and helpful. We did not feel we sacrifices anything for a very reasonable price. We felt this hotel was a very good value.

I've stayed here several times and recommend it. It's clean, beds are soft, rooms are large with high ceilings and micro/frig. Showers have good water pressure. Wirless internet is great and indoor pool for kids is awesome. Plus several restaruants in walking distance! 5 mins to downtown Indy.

It was very clean & the people that work there are very friendly. When I go back to Indiana I will stay there again. The beds to me where the same as when I went to the Westin last year & paid a fortune. Keep up the good owrk.

Very clean, staff was pleasant and we found plenty to do in the area. The zoo was close and we would definitely stay here again.

We had no complaints about the hotel. Everything was as expected and served our purpose well. Very convenient to many locations and easy to get to. Breakfast was good and several hot items made it better than the typical meal.

“Very Comfortable”

When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted right away by the young lady at the desk. She was very well mannered, polite, and told me exactly where my room was, and if there was anything they could do to make the stay better to let them know. The room was great! All the comforts of home! The next morning the breakfast buffet was supurb, great selection, and wonderful coffee! I would stay there again, and would highly recommend it. Romm was spotless, and the staff appeared to be genuinely concerned bout our needs. Great Place to stay!!!

“Very nice”

We chose this hotel because it had a pool. The pool was well maintained, and the water was so warm! Our room was clean and quiet.
