“Will return”

This was a surprisingly nice hotel with good service. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean. The rate was lower than what I would expect to pay for this grade of hotel. Will certainly stay at this hotel again while in the Indianapolis area.

“Best hotel room we've ever had”

My husband and I are Bed & Breakfast people - rarely stay in hotels/motels and each time we do it just reinforces our preference for B&Bs. But this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is new and smells new. The decor in our room was stunning - all high end fixtures and furnishings (no tacky aluminum webbed fold-up suitcase bench). 42" flat screen TV, padded headboard from ceiling to bed. Everything spotless, bed super-comfortable. Breakfast more than adequate. The only negatives, and minor ones - pillows were way too soft. Even at 2 apiece they sunk into oblivion beneath our heads. The eating area for breakfast is rather tight and only seats 24 so finding a seat might be difficult. Elevator VERY slow - take the stairs! Other than that, a wonderful place to stay! By far, the best hotel room we've ever stayed in.

“Best Well Kept Secret in Indianapolis”

This was a great hotel. Fresh, brand new. Nice flat screen tv in the room, new carpet. New everything in fact. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel from the moment we check in to the time we check out! I hope every Expedia.com experience is like this!

It was great!! Everyone was very friendly, it was clean, they had a pool, hot tub and sauna! Bed was comfortable and it was quiet, what more could you ask for!

Very new hotel in Plainfield, IN, off I-70 right outside Indy airport. Very nice accommodations. Large rooms. Everything brand new. Great staff, too. Definitely not a mere 2 1/2 star hotel. If Holiday Inns are 3 stars, this Best Western is at least that as well. Eat at the locally owned restaurant across the street, too! Very delicious.

“Great for Bar Exam”

I stayed at this hotel while taking the Bar Exam at Primo West. It is right down the street from the exam site and the hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and let all examinees check out during the exam lunch break instead of the usual 11 am check out time. I was surprised at how nice the hotel was; it definitely didn't feel like your usual Best Western.

“Exceeded Expectations”

Great Room! Super clean. Very comfortable bed. Nice pool. Very enjoyable. They even threw in 2 free ice cold beers when we arrived! Nice touch. Much needed. Just hit the spot. LOVED the experience. Would DEFINITELY go back again.

My experience at this hotel was very pleasing. The rooms were clean,the beds were comfy and the pillows were even nice,soft and fluffy. It was really close to the airport and had a wide variety of eateries within walking distance. I would definitely recommend.

“Great Stay Close to Airport”

Recently updated hotel that is very modern. When I checked into hotel I was given free drink tickets for each person staying in the room that was located in the lobby of the hotel. Easy access to computer to print off boarding passes. Easy drive to airport from hotel. I would stay there again.
