The property was great with indoor pool and fitness center. However, we were put in a handicap room which we felt guilty using if someone else might be in need. Also, the handicap room had very little light, especially in the bathroom We were concerned it was just our light but the maintenance guy came and reported all handicap rooms have these lights. However, the standard rooms have bright lights throughout. I only found this out by requesting more towels from housekeeping. This room also have limited counter space, no storage, and no ottoman. Long story short, booking with a third party like Expedia gave us a subpar room. When we voiced our concerns, the front desk dismissed them but the person at check out listened and was very apologetic.

I was astounded at the friendliness of the staff member who greeted us at check in. She should be a trainer of top-notch customer service habits. Friendly greeting, a pleasant smile, apologized for a brief distraction, kept eye contact, acknowledged I used a 3rd party service to book the room and still treated me nice (I've seen some hotels almost treat me as a second-class client in that situation), she asked if I was a Marriott Bonvoy customer so she could give me credit for the stay. Plus the staff member in the breakfast buffet made sure food items were fresh and spoke very friendly to people as well. It was a good experience.

The room was very clean. The staff was great. The evening staff was fantastic. The breakfast was very good and had many options. We went and made a complaint about the noise we were hearing upstairs. Sounded like someone was running back and forth and they addressed it immediately. Didn’t help that there was a cheerleading competition going on in Indy. I’m sure it was just a bunch of kids. Just made for an unpleasant night. Everything else was great. Close to lots of shopping. Has a bar on Friday and Saturday. The drinks from the bar were great.

One of the best properties I have stayed in. Beautiful rooms, excellent modern lobby with fantastic breakfast. Upon loading my car up to leave, my room key was shut off, before I had a chance to get the rest of my stuff out of the room. I was quite surprised that happened....very inconvenient.

Fantastic Accommodation!
Everything was fantastic for our visit - friendly & accommodating staff, very clean suite, wonderful amenities and comfortable bed. Quick and easy access to airport. Good sit-down restaurants within walking distance. We will certainly be back!

Nice rooms & friendly staff, but could use redesign of the suite. HVAC was at the window, but this position did not adequately control the temperature in the sitting area of the suite. Not a huge problem, and most likely wouldn't prevent us from staying here again.
