The advertised hot tub was boarded up, and the pool area was not clean. The toilets are the high pressure type and these particular models will spray you with toilet water mist when you flush, so make sure the lid is closed before flushing. We encountered barf on driveway near the entrance when we entered the first time. The place has lots of deferred maintenance. The door in our suite stuck, so it was difficult to open. The bathroom door was filthy, and even after requesting the staff clean it, it was still dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. The emergency exit in the pool room was tied shut with a rope from the inside and large rocks were on the outside to prevent it from being opened. There ice machine on the 3rd floor was filthy as well. I'd suggest avoiding this hotel.

Hotel needs update but the rooms are huge! Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again because of the room size.

Lots of noise...kids running around...no room to sit down at breakfast...looked like teams in town for sporting events...would be better for families with kids.

The area the hotel was in was very convenient and upscale. Close to shopping, restaurants, and not a horrible drive into Indy down 31. However, the hotel itself was very dated and had some maintenance issues, although the staff is pleasant. Upon arriving, the side door, which should have been secure, was broken and just hanging open. There was also no sidewalk going up to that door, just crumbles of concrete of what use to be a sidewalk. The bathroom needed some TLC as the trim around the door was rusted and the vent cover looked as if it was going to fall off the ceiling at any minute. The ac/heat was inconsistent. I had the heat on 71, yet it was roasting in the room so I switched it over to having the ac to 74 and it was freezing. The Wi-Fi was also not the greatest. had to watch a movie clip as part of a homework assignment and resorted to watching it on my 4G phone rather than using my laptop because it would not load.

Rooms are a good size beds are comfortable friendly staff close to everything

I had three channels to choose from to watch. There was no cable/satallite even though they said there was. No one was monitoring the breakfast area so there was no coffee and sausage. This was at 7:00am. Not like I got up late.
