Very comfortable!

Pros: The breakfast was substantially more than "continental", and the rooms were a great value for the price.
Cons: Ease of finding the place
While this hotel is somewhat difficult to find, since it was our second trip through, we knew what to expect. It certainly lives up to its name - it is very comfortable! The children were thrilled with the waffle station for breakfast, and I was thrilled with the size of the room - two queen beds PLUS a pull-out sofa bed. We were there when there were a couple of youth baseball teams staying there, and I was favorably impressed with the soundproofing on the building - I could not hear anything in the hallways! Overall, a good experience, and a hotel I would choose again.

Pros: price
Cons: add a hot tub to the pool area showers are small, but nice fixtures and water pressure
Location: a close drive to most places you need to be in Indy, but nothing within walking distance
We booked this room at the list minute for a trip to the speedway and got an excellent deal. We had very little trouble finding the hotel and it was closer to the track than I expected. The rooms were nicely sized and comfortable. The check in process was easy and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. Even on a busy weekend, parking was easy. The location of the hotel was a little strange. There are several hotels in a concentrated area, but other than the hotels, you are basically in an office/industrial park. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or bar, but there is room service from a local restaurant. Beware of this! The in-room information says that the place is a "short walk" away, but you certainly would want to drive. Not that I recommend going there....at all. We asked at the front desk if the place was good and were told that they didn't know because they had never been there, but based on the area and pictures from the menu decided to give it a try. Bad choice. I do not recommend The Library for anything, other than our server, Jenny, was very nice. The meal was overpriced and poor quality at best. I have never written a negative review about a restaurant before, but this was just terrible. I say yes to the hotel, but recommend that you ask for directions to a decent restaurant/bar should you need to venture out.

Great park and fly place.
Posted Jan 8, 2013
Pros: Park and fly feature to airport.
Cons: It would have been nice if we could have walked someplace to get food. That is the only reason I didn't give an excellent rating.
Location: Location does not provide any walk-to restaurants.
Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the worst Comfort Suites we have stayed at. Staff was not helpful when I needed directions. She asked me if I had a navigator. Mr. Patel was the manager on duty. He chose to interrupt breakfast by stating that the buffet would be closing in 2 mins. I found that very rude, considering it was the day the time changed. The parking was awful! I had to park in a muddy gravel lot about a block and a half from the hotel, all while carrying a sleeping baby and luggage. No staff offered to assist me. The best part of the stay was the smiling housekeeper..Zoya. She was very pleasant and kind. We will not be staying at this hotel again. I will gladly pay the extra money and stay at Comfort Suites by Lucas Oil Stadium. We have stayed there in the past. Yes it is more expensive, but wonderful, helpful staff. I would not recommend this Comfort Suites at all. Very rude and lazy staff.. There wasn't even a front desk person most of the time. Just a note that said to ring bell for service, all the while Mr. Patel was sitting in his office. Find another hotel to stay at. Not worth it at this one.

There was a kids wrestling meet going on and the hotel was over run by kids. This would not have been a problem except that the chaperons were all drinking beer and eating pizza in the hallway and no one was watching the kids. The kids ran all over the hotel and were so rude in the pool that after my son was kicked in the head and I had avoided being clobbered several times we had to leave. The worst part was management knew what was going on and never said a word. The kids yelled and screamed and later on while on a trip to the vending machine we had to practically climb over the adults laying on the hallway floors. Comfort of the beds - well no one got any sleep except our son as he can sleep anywhere. Will not be back to this location.

Pros: Comfort, staff, design
My room was clean, the girl at the counter was helpful and sweet, and my room was very comfortable. I was very impressed based on how low the rate was - it was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard, but I'm not one to complain about free food :).

Cons: Drab room...big empty wall with no pictures!
Location: Isolated. Several miles from even the most basic amenities.
So so. We were very surprised that trip advisor rated this hotel #3 in Indy. Makes you rethink trusting Trip Advisor!
