It's the little things

Who puts a hotel near the Airport and then charges for the shuttle ride. This place does. Hotel was what you would expect for a discount chain but what floored me was the bill for the ride back to the Airport. Too many other hotels don't do that for me to ever stay here again. Maybe petty but it's what stuck with me n

We loved it

Pros: it was all nice and accomadating
Cons: the size of the pool
Location: we went to the museum for the transformers and it was great
road trip for spring break and it was wonderful. Hotel was nice and childrens museum great

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Made a reservation for the wrong night. When I arrived, the front desk explained that to me-and that they were booked for that night. When I cancelled my room for the next night, I was told that I would not be granted a refund because I booked through Expedia-even though I paid extra money to have a refundable reservation. I spoke with the assistant manager about the situation. He could not have cared less. He made it obvious that I he did not care about my situation-nor did he care to take time to talk to me. I emailed the manager of the hotel. He did not even bother to respond to my email. So, I paid for a room that I did not use. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Close to Airport

Handy cause its close to Airport , and i will stay here again , However The drawback is it is right by Interstate 465 , the hotel sits west/east , if you get a west room your going to hear Interstate highway noise all night , that's where I was and that's what I heard, had to run a fan to kill the noise , so ask for a room on the east side away from the Interstate unless that does not bother you. The place is clean , staff was excellent , I have absolutely no complaints other then the highway noise if your on the highway side , so be warned

Location: Can get to Riley Children's Hospital in less than 15 minutes.
Very good experience. Second time we have stayed here. Reasonable prices. Very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Perfect location next to the airport

Pros: Sofa bed with 2 queens was perfect. Pool kept the kids entertained.
Cons: The lighting was a little dim.
Location: Indianapolis is close by - we drove in for dinner and were close to the airport the next day to catch our flight.
Our room was clean and had a sofa bed which made it easier to have 2 kids with 2 adults sleep comfortably in the room.

I won't even look for a different hotel next time I am in Indy. This place was perfect. Everything was spotless. Very Happy! And it was the cheapest!

Nice hotel, but Park & Fly option misleading

We specifically picked this hotel to stay at because of Park & Fly benefit. We were told in advance when I called hotel directly that there was a $5 fee to leave car there for up to 10 days. As it turned out there was $5 fee plus $5/day. Still better than airport parking rates, but felt I was misinformed .

Got in very late and they kept my rez. The staff was polite and efficient. Wished breakfast was served later than 9:30 but small issue. Room was large, comfy for price paid.
