“Peaceful Playground!!”
I rushed to Indianapolis to see my child perform in the Band of America contest. I was tired and grouch but the staff was so helpful and pleasant that it lifted my mood immediately. They were cheerful, polite, helpful and informative. i loved this place and can't wait to return next year. if you want a peaceful, neat, clean, new hotel that is close, but off the beaten path pick this lovely place.
“A Good time had by all”
I thought the hotel ws good. Definately a good deal through AAA! Room could have been vaccuumed better, but overall, the experience was good. The staff was courteous and welcoming.
“Disappointed.”
The walls were too thin. There was too much noise throughout the entire hotel and the parking was too expensive. I have stayed in nicer hotels at a fraction of the cost and I would definitely not go back to this one.

No problems with hotel. Walking distance to downtown. No complaints.
“on the canal”
This hotel was conveniently located to all our favorite attractions in downtown Indianapolis - the Historical Society, the State Museum, the canal, the Circle, and the Capitol Building. Even though we live in Indianapolis and were simply "doing Indianapolis as tourists", the clerk gave us a map of the downtown area. We appreciated the fruit and cookies which were available in the afternoon and evening and have already recommended this hotel to other family members.
“The next time I visit the area I plan to stay there again.”
The staff at the hotel were very courteous and polite. They met all of our needs. The rooms were clean. They served breakfast in the morning which was delicious. They also had an exercise room, which I took advantage of. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
