Good location & friendly staff

Pros: My bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Good price. Friendly staff.
Cons: The breakfast and the housekeeping could be improved.
Location: Bravo is nearby and a great place to eat!
My first time staying at this hotel. The location is great. Easy to get to the highway and other parts of town. Close to some good restaurants. The staff is very friendly. My bed was comfortable and the room had the features that were very handy for a longer stay such as refrigerator and desk. The free breakfast really isn't anything to write home about and the room did have an odd smell. Lastly, the carpet in the room didn't look like it had really been vacuumed in a while.

I travel frequently for youth sports trips. Stayed here in a queen suite with sofa bed. No pillows, blankets or sheets on sofa bed. Read a sign about how the kitchen would be equipped with dishes, etc. no dishes. One dish cloth that was stained. No soap, etc. Dirty floors, sink, bath tub, cabinets. Bed was freezing because it was in a hole with the a/c blowing directly ok it. Rest of room was sweltering hot. Had to open a window. Unapologetic staff. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Stayed in places 1/2 the price that were much nicer.

Our front desk staff should have informed you that we offer dishes; however, we deliver them to you upon request instead of keeping them in guest rooms. Additionally, your room should have been equipped with extra linen for the fold-out sofa. I discussed your comments with the team, and we are going to ensure we communicate our amenities clearly at check-in and all rooms with a sofa are equipped with extra linen. Hotel is not good

Rooms were shabby, occupants and staff were nice, but not very friendly. Hotel hallways smelled bad, the parking lot has huge pot holes, needs a coat of paint.

The front office staff was really good. Hotel was dirty and smell like cigs and dirty clothes. Halls had trash sitting in front of doors. Like i said front office staff was great.

Somewhere to get some shut eye...nothing else.

Pros: Not much. However, the front desk staff were exceptionally good. It's not their fault that the hotel property isn't maintained well.
Cons: Consistently clean, well maintained rooms throughout.
Had to change rooms 4 times before they finally gave me a decent room. 1st room - dirty tub, 2nd room - dirty carpet, 3rd room - television didn't work.

No elevator, didn't know that. Glad I didn't have much luggage! No coffee pot in every room, but you can request one! Evening staff was fantastic!!!

Better places to stay, even for the money

I got a pretty good deal on Expedia so shouldn't complain but for their normal rate of $50-$60 per night, there are better places to choose.
